I have had great experiences at the Orleans location and Beachwood location in the past, but unfortunately I have had two bad experiences at the Orleans location recently with the same RMT. I am not one to complain, and I have been to this establishment more then a handful of times and I would have expected more. Clearly this company does not value their returning clients, or clients in general. The customer service I received left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this establishment to my patients.

Very good place, clean and up to date. The RMT are very good, my favorite is Ben. They also have a brand new online booking system which is very easy to use. Plenty of free parking is available. This is the best place I have been to in the greater Ottawa Region. Bravo

Awesome experience today at Align Massage in Rockland. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience at Align Massage Orleans or Rockland. Been going for years! Highly knowledgeable and skilled therapists who know the body well. Highly recommend Melissa and Kim for deep tissue!

Clean. Efficient. RMT MacKenzie H. was extremely kind and professional. She was able to work out many of my knots and provided exceptional customer service. Looking forward to visi again.

Amazing staff, my son, whos 11 attended, thectherapist spoke to him about games and cartoons and made him feel welcome the entire time.Would highly recommend.Heated beds too

Leslie Chan has MAGIC HANDS. Do yourself a major favour and go and see her. Head and shoulders above others in terms of skill and expertise. She listens & incorporates client needs into her therapy like no other. She is the loveliest human, to boot. #lesliechanRMTsuperfan

The first massage I have had during the pandemic. Was so relaxing and enjoyable. Isabelle listened to what was bothering me and did a great job of soothing those areas.

Had massage therapy from two therapists and they were great. It's sometimes difficult to book there due to their hours.
