I was in the store just before closing on Sunday and I overheard a young rep being extremely rude to a customer, not wanting to help them at all. I cannot believe the lack of customer service skills, and the customer was angry and left [ rightfully so]. Poor customer service skills, I will be taking my business to another location.

I came in late on a Friday before Thanksgiving dreading getting a new phone and the whole process. Laura M helped me. She was so knowledgeable, through and efficient. It simply was the easiest best experience I've had getting a new phone. Highly recommend

I never have service. Wifi only works sometimes.Regret ever going to Telus.Huge waste of money and time. Samsung S20 FE 5G is a mistake of a phone and has 100 issues.I travel every other week, so I don't have time to send it in for a loaner.I am paying for a service that doesn't work.Hours spent on 1-800 to no avail. Fake promises and credits that never came.I would like a refund and reimbursement.

Went in on Boxing Day for the daunting task of figuring out a new plan, new carrier and a new phone. I was extremely fortunate to get Laura for a sales person. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable. It made the whole experience fully painless. Thanks Laura.

Great customer service. Highly recommend Ronza at devonshire mall, and Horia at techumseh mall. Took their time to explain, and accomodate our needs as per our request.We had gone to bell, virgin, rogers, and fido and non of them gave us a better deal than telus.

Bill was great at explaining my upgrade options and he took the time help me transfer all my apps, contacts and photos to my new phone which saved me lots of time and energy. Not only that, but he and everyone in the store were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy with customers.

Worst experience ever. I had just transferred my lines to telus and my lines stopped working prior to receiving my Sim cards so I went to the store to figure out what needs to be done and I was told I had to pay 80$ for 4 sim cards in order to get my phones up and running. Long story short, that could've been the case because telephone sales and store sales are tow completely different departments. But when I refused to pay one of the sales rep started talking to me in A very condescending tone. I asked for a phone number and then left only to find out that the telus customer service closes at 7pm which they neglect to memtion.Telus is a great company to deal with but I would avoid this location in the future

Shout out to Rita at Devonshire mall for not only doing a fantastic job as a sales associate she was also concerned for her customer and saved some important data on my phone during a transfer of phones. So thankful for that!
