I highly recommend this rower!!I love my Aviron!! When my knees required me to give up sports a few years ago, I started looking for something low-impact that would still give me the competitive feel and intensity of sports. Aviron has given me that and so much more.There is endless content to choose from at every intensity! Killer sprints, leisurely river rows, interval training, video games, streaming, coached programs, join live rows, or scheduled group rows, discord options...I could go on and on!Aviron itself is an amazing company that stays connected and interested in us. They regularly update the rower based on our requests, and customer service is a dream!If you really want to get a feel for Aviron, get on the Facebook page and follow the conversations. You won't find a more motivating, friendly, positive group of people anywhere else online! We're all family at Aviron and we keep each other going.

I cannot say enough about this machine. I am almost 60 and use this in conjunction with competitive powerlifting to stay healthy and sane. This rower is for all fitness levels and has something to offer anyone: from rowing while streaming from your major streaming sites, to games you can play individually or with other rowers, coaching videos that guide you from beginners to advanced, and great guided row programs which can also be done alone or in conjunction with other rowers to help push you and had a little competition. The membership is well worth the money to me and less then most of the other competitors. Aviron and their customer support cannot be beat. If you are hesitant they do have a 30 day trial period but you will want to keep it.

Best investment I've ever made in an exercise machine. I've had it for about 4 months now and it's fantastic. It keeps me interested in working out and I'm making great progress in my health - losing weight, more muscle tone, more energy, feel younger, etc.I love the company as well. The owner listens to feedback and ways to improve the product. If you have an issue, they will fix it right away. Customer service is very friendly and responsive. The community of rowers is very positive and encouraging.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love my Aviron rower! I have zero complaints about the product, digital platform and customer service. My experience with the company and my rower usage has all been positive! They offered payment options, and I believe their monthly charge was more reasonable compared to others. I love all the options their platform provides while on the rower. I would recommend to anyone. It was easy to build and have had no issues with my equipment. Thanks for making a well built rower and providing an engaging experience while we row!

I am really enjoying my Aviron Strong series rower. I’ve tried a few programs but I always go back to streaming shows with the subtitles on, with my workout music in the background, which helps the time fly by. I appreciated the tips on form when I first got it and have had no lower back issues. It’s smooth and comfortable to use. I generally pair rowing with my indoor cycle workouts to work different areas and mix things up. Very glad I chose this make & model. Hoping for additional streaming options in the future.

I've had the Aviron Impact Series rower for about 3 months right now, and i have to say its been quite surprising.Lifestyle Thoughts:I live in a climate where it is sometimes difficult to get outside for a run and the Aviron helped me maintain a baseline level of cardio that really came in handy while waiting for spring to come. Note: I was able to get some runs in with some breaks in the weather and my heart rate zones had improved since using the Aviron.Fitness Thoughts:I have never been a rower but based on my wife's recommendation gave it a go. I have discovered weak points in my performance that I was previously unaware of and the Aviron is fixing them. Note: the Aviron educates you while you row and it was fascinating to learn that rowing engages 85% of the body!Tech Thoughts:The built-in games and tracking apps make it enjoyable to use, and more importantly, hard to give up in the middle of a tough session. There were days where I felt like I had done enough, though I wasn't finished the challenge, and the interactive apps pushed me to completion.Design Thoughts:It looks super modern and is a show piece to have out. Everyone that has come by my place has tried it purely out of appreciation for how thoughtful the design is.

My wife got me the Strong rower two months ago and I have been spending the last month trying to get the machine fixed. I have never been more disappointed in a company. The machine is unreliable and has very poor customer support a terrible combination. The machine at random times decides that it will not recognize that I am taking strokes making the machine unusable.I contacted the company on January 12th to report the issue that had been occurring off and on for over a week. They sent me emails of troubleshooting. After taking the requested steps, Aviron decided on January 17th that it may be the screen. Aviron did not ship the screen until three days later on January 20th. The screen was shipped standard mail and did not arrive until January 24th. I replaced the screen and that did not resolve the problem and notified the company on January 25th of the issue. They told me they would ship a new front portion of the machine and I would not have to repair anything myself, this turns out not be the case. After not hearing anything from Aviron about the part being shipped I contacted the company on January 30th. At this point they informed me that the machine would not be able to ship and they could not promise when it would be shipped. However, the company based on their facebook page continues to ship new machines to new customers showing me that once they receive your money they do not care about you as an existing customer. I posted on the Aviron Community page concerns about the customer support and the machine. Aviron deleted and closed the post because they do not want anyone to know the machine has numerous technical issues and slow unresponsive customer support. Aviron said they would send me a replacement part that I could try to repair, they initially sent me the wrong instructions. They eventually sent the correct instruction but the part did not arrive until February 11th. A full 11 days after I sent the inquire about the replacement front portion of the rower being emailed. To replace the part required me and my friend to completely dissemble the machine and took several hours to repair. For a machine that cost this much a customer should not be responsible for completing rebuilding the machine on their own and wasting a full Saturday. Please note this is not a repair that the average customer can do. I had to replace the motor and all the wiring inside the machine. Will see if this complicated repair fixed the machine I seriously doubt it.I have never been more disappointed in a company. The machine is unreliable and has very poor customer support a terrible combination.Rowing is an amazing exercise and strongly recommend investing in a rower just not Aviron. The company has proven shown over and over again that they do not care about me as a customer. I wish I new all this before we got the Aviron Stron Rower.

We've had the Tough Series rower for a little over a week, now. It's fantastic. So far we have 5 people using it consistently, and we're all pleased. The games and coached programs are fantastic, as is the quality of the machine itself.Not only is the product great, but the customer service has been amazing as well. Every time I've had a question (I started the purchasing process in March and finished in June), they responded within minutes or hours at the longest. All the responses have been helpful, and we are very pleased with the results.

I’ve been super content with my rower. I love how smooth it feels to use. The various ways I can stay engaged (be it games, watching a movie, or just listening to music) has been a big game changer for me. Love that my whole family can use it. It’s been a great addition to our workout equipment.

I've been using this rower for the last 6 months. Part of what kept me rowing daily was the leaderboards, and I always attempted to move up in position each time I rowed for the day. 2 weeks ago, my entire weeks progress vanished suddenly, but the stats from that week all saved on my rowers workout history tab. I emailed the support and asked if they were aware of this issue and if they could please put my data back on the leaderboards? They requested I send them screenshots of what was missing, my username, and rower serial number. I complied.A few days later I was emailed saying that the results would be added back; those results were never added and I lost even more of stats upon receiving that email. Another week went by and the whole week was erased again. I emailed support and got the same response to send screenshots, username, and serial number. A few days later I was informed that my data was updated with all the missing points and it should reflect on the leaderboards. I checked and my information was the same as it was the last two weeks of rowing since nothing was saving. I emailed a response saying that nothing was updated, and they responded that they would try again to fix the issues. Before I log off of my account for the night, I see my account suddenly lose 60,000 meters and 8 KJ, another weeks worth of data, but no one else on the leaderboards scores changed.I'm convinced that these people do not care. I feel as though I am actively being lied to and punished for asking for help. Yet I'm expected to pay to use specific features on this rower. They may already have my money, but they will receive nothing else. Your support teams do not respond truthfully nor actually fix anything, and your rower has issues uploading data to servers that you have no intention of fixing.On another note, the rower must be plugged in to use. But the power cuts off in the middle of rowing. I originally thought it was my outlet and tried a different room with the same effect. Then reached out to a friend to try their home and had the same issue there as well. I emailed support and reported this issue and was told that the power only cuts off due to outlet problems, when I said that I tried two different home and multiple outlets and had the same problem with the rower, the email received no response. I have tried multiple times to request support on the issue with no response.If you want to row, by a Concept rower instead, you'll save a few hundred bucks, will have significantly better support and warranty, and won't have to spend extra money on features that other rowers offer for free.
