Good people. Got me in relatively quick to replace a valve stem.

After getting a set of tires priced for my 15k lbs fifth wheel trailer, I explained that I would have liked that they check the date codes since I replace my tires every 5 years regardless of mileage. I was told that they had lots of stock at the warehouse but would not be checking or matching date codes. Went to a competitor for different brand (more expensive) the same day, they could get me a set from Fredericton, called in to have date codes checked and shipped them to Moncton. I’m retired from working in customer service my whole life, and there are simple things you can do for a customer to easily win them over… or you can stick to the way you always do things and not go above and beyond for your customers, in turn losing a $1600 dollar sale. A simple phone call to the warehouse asking that they pick 5 tires with the most recent date codes was all that was needed to make the sale.

Great and friendly service. Had our work done in no time and perfectly completed. Definatly recommend this place for all your tires need and oh yeah, they offer more then just tire service!

We were visiting from Halifax,driving a dummy tire and needed our tire fixed asap. Called Brad at 730 am Monday am, in the busiest time of year for tire changeovers (Dec 10). Come right over was his reply. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Merry Christmas Brad!! You saved us a ton of angst!!! Much appreciated. Service w a smile.

Steve should lose his job for the way he speaks to customers. I scheduled my car on November 3rd, I’ve had to call myself twice for a follow up to always get no return. My fiancé has called three times. Within the moment he answers the phone he shows nothing but disrespect to his customers. This is an expensive service and just because it’s a necessity doesn’t mean there isn’t other options. I advise everyone in the area to use the other options in opposed to being treated like garbage for supporting their business and requesting a follow up on a scheduled appointment. I’m truly disgusted in the level of unprofessionalism that’s shown here to the point I feel like it’s my duty to report it to anyone in the area who may be considering using them. We just found out now they have absolutely no way of getting rims for his car and we could have known that weeks ago and there was never any need for disrespect. Thankful for the employee who was kind enough to listen to us and politely give us the info we’ve needed for weeks, but it rly didn’t need to be so hard

If you have aftermarket rims and something that needs experience id recomend you go anywhere but here. 300 dollars later and a new tire. Come to find out the reason for my leak is who ever installed it ripped the bead around the rim. Thought it was weird that they wer 4 guys for one rim. Will never see me there again. And the same tire i had to replace because of them was 75 dollars cheaper at the other shop. For all i know my other tires are probly screwed too . And 4 days after they suposebly ballanced the wheels. There wer all 1oz off . Making them worst than when i brought them in.. honesly the worst tire shop iv ever seen .

Do not trust these guys if you're from out of town. Aaron was great, we were stranded and he got me two tires and a rim. His driver on the other hand took cash from us and pocketed it. Aaron never contacted me, just left a bad review on my business page. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This whole situation could've been handled very differently.
