My wife and I were looking for a carpet for our living room and had no idea where to begin. Fraz was able to help guide our search and find the exact carpet we were looking for. He was accommodating in allowing us to take the carpet home and ensure that it was the right one for our space. We were then able to negotiate a very fair price for the carpet. I would highly recommend Woven Concepts for their selection, service and fairness.

My parents asked me to write this review for them. They bought 4 rugs from this store and the owner, Fraz Khan was helpful and professional. He gave my parents excellent design advice and brought the rugs to their home so they see them in-situ with no obligation. He gave fast service and has a great price and selections for anybody. The owner told my parents that his 1st priority is customer satisfaction and he proved that he meant it. Thanks!

I am sorry to say that in the end our experience was not a good one. It was a beautiful area rug, exactly what I was looking for. A few weeks later I noticed what looked like a fine powder under the rug and it kept getting worse. The glue, or whatever was used on the backing was falling apart and now I understood why we had been warned not to have the carpet cleaned. We had a red wine accident at one point and sent it out to a professional cleaner, where it did completely fall apart and the tufts started coming out in clumps. The cleaning company took the rug back and put a proper backing on it. When it came back it was a little worse for wear but they did an excellent job salvaging this near disaster. We were very grateful.From here on in I will be sure to find out what kind of backing any carpet I purchase has.

Our experience at Woven Concept Rug Gallery was nothing short of amazing. Fraz was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our indecision. Lots of great selection in store, and also access to additional sizes of same design if needed. Spent a total of 4-5 hours in the store deciding, discussing, debating. In the end, we have a rug that we love for our space. We will be recommending Woven Rug Concept Gallery to anyone who we hear is looking for a rug.

We're very pleased with our custom oversized rugs! They were very helpful with choosing colours. I showed pictures of the rooms and they suggested colours that look great!They also delivered and set up the rugs for us, which was critical since the rugs were so large.Thank you!

We had such a great experience at this store. The prices were much better than other places. Naveed, the salesman, took his time with us and let us take a few different rugs home to match colours. We were even able to fine tune to custom colours! Covid delayed this production but we were kept up to date on progress along the way. The owner himself with Naveed delivered and placed the carpet very meticulously. They expedited the delivery to air from sea and covered the extra - now that’s amazing service and compensation for something that wasn’t even their fault. Always with a smile! We wanted to thank Naveed at the Waterloo location for his excellent and consistent service regarding the sale and installation of a stair runner at our home in Stratford, as well as the purchase of a matching hall runner and round carpet. We were unable to find anyone in Stratford who carried the excellent number and variety of carpets and stair runners carried by Woven Concept -- particularly those with a traditional" pattern. We really appreciated Naveed always keeping in touch with us to update us on the arrival of the carpets and the installation. The installation of the stair runner was superb. Naveed in the Waterloo store was great. He has excellent product knowledge and patiently listened to our needs and preferences and offered us options. We ended up buying wall-to-wall carpeting for our home theatre and it looks excellent. Price was very competitive. Even the cat approves. :) The installer that he arranged was efficient and did an excellent job. The install cost was also very reasonable and included a premium underlay.We couldn't decide on the area rugs we need and Naveed let us take a couple on loan to see how the size/style would look in our home. We will definitely be back once we are ready to purchase the area rugs.
