A great community grocery store. The staff is very polite. There is wide Variety of selection, you can: have fresh food, deli food, sea food and a the bakery is amazing.

i would give them stars in negative!Their bakery, customer service is extremely poor!it was my daughter's bday for which the cake was ordered in advance and when i called up in the morning they couldnt find my order! like really??the manager's attitude was pathetic and the courtesy cake that they made was worse than a cake baked by a person who is totally untrained! they ruined my daughter's first bday!! and didnt have any empathy about it! the worst customer service ever!

You pay more for Save-On, but the staff are usually happy and helpful. There's nothing worse than shopping at places like Walmart and the staff seem more miserable to be there than you. I personally like a positive shopping experience, even if it is for groceries.We moved our pharmacy needs here because Shoppers Drug Mart was consistently horrible across multiple locations in the area. We're glad we did as it's the complete opposite from Shoppers. We LOVE dealing with Remley because she's so nice and personable. She even recognizes our voice when we call. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.My only small complaint is with their Save-On Kitchen" where you can pickup buffet-style cooked food to go. The two times I tried it

I went today to grab the garlic and herb split shrimp from the flyer and OMG it was so good, paired with the herb and garlic stuffed potatoes and stuff mushrooms from the meat dept. Soooo good!Disappointed though when I couldn't find the honey garlic ribs that I really was looking forward to having tomorrow for dinner.

What I find to be my favorite experience at the Save-On Foods in Cloverdale is the help I get from one of the pharmacists.. I have multiple health problems and I'm there once a week and I can't express the kindness, patience and compassion that I have received in the past years by a lovely lady that you have working there. I'm not exactly sure of the spelling of her name but it's Remley. On many occasions she has gone above and beyond what would be expected of someone in her position offering an enormous amount of support at times when she knows I'm struggling. I live quite an isolated life and although she is very busy she allows for a moment to ask and listen to how I'm doing. I also frequently call with questions regarding prescriptions and she will take the time to find the necessary information and get back to me when she's found it. There have been times when I haven't been in the best mood and she remains patient and is always sure that I'm calm and understand when the conversation ends. It's a rare occasion when you cross paths with such a lovely person and I'm very grateful the day that you brought her in to be a part of your Pharmacy team.

I've been going to this location now for two years. This team is extremely kind and considerate helpful and thoughtful. They keep things well stocked up as much as possible and accommodate work they can. I would highly recommend going to this location just for the customer service alone.

It was $1.49 day at Save On Foods the store was very Lively everyone was friendly and cashier was great.

Well stocked grocery store in its own right but the communal piano available for all to play sets it above all other Save-On's for sure. ❤️
