Without doubt, the most inept, incompetent publisher on the planet. Emails will go unanswered and phone messages unreturned. Sales reps. and their bosses seem to change on an almost monthly basis, so past contacts become extinct in the same time period. Even if you do contact someone, good luck ever getting a straight, correct answer from anyone in this office; rather, it will likely contradict what other Pearson people have told you. Dealing with Pearson is a study in frustration. Best to just pick any other title or publisher.
