OASIS HOT YOGA & SPIN STUDIO

Thank you Lisa for not killing me and for making me love this class. You rock! The team building event you structured for us was absolutely perfect. 5 stars and then some.

This past weekend I started my yoga teacher training held at Oasis. I left in a rush on Sunday night and I guess I left my Lululemon Belle Wrap hanging in the ladies change room. This week I was running around home and work frantically looking for it.. I was sick I had lost it. Last night I went to Oasis and there it was...hanging in the change room!! Thank you to all the yogis who didn't take it.. makes me feel warm all over that you're all so honest!!

Enjoyed my practice today and will be back again and again. The ambiance of this small studio is delightful! Great space to roll out your mat.

Kayley at Oasis Hot Yoga & Spin Studio is a kind spirit with a gentle soul. Herself, along with the other instructors (Jenni, Nicole & Shelley) create such a welcoming, inclusive and relaxing environment. There is always such great energy here, and I feel a strong sense of calm every time I arrive at the studio. The attention to detail during class is unmatched, they are truly experts of body movement. They always encourage you to do what feels best for your body. If you are new to yoga or spin, or have years of experience they tailor their classes to everyone, and you never feel out of place. The spin classes are challenging and fun all at the same time, and the energy Nicole & Kayley bring to the room gives that extra confidence boost you need to push through! I cannot recommend Oasis enough! Truly the best studio in town!

Oasis is wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The atmosphere is awesome. It's relaxing and artsy. I have taken many of the classes and all are great! Highly recommend checking it out!

I love Oasis Yoga! The warm studio, the calming atmosphere and loving staff are perfect for anyone either looking to start their yoga journey or anyone looking to get deeper into what they already know. There's such an inviting sense about the studio and I highly recommend taking any of the clssses there. there are tons of different classes to chose from in a great variety all for both beginners (like myself) and those who've been practicing for a long while. 5 stars for sure!

Oasis is an amazing place to find yourself mentally and physically in a supportive and non judgemental environment. I love the classes and the amazing instructors. The new addition of the childcare is awesome and gives me the opportunity to attend class when I want. If you are wanting to try yoga oasis is the place to go!

Had a great experience at an Oasis hot yoga class! Was one of the best instructors I have ever had. I am definitely a beginner when it comes to yoga, but it dosent feel like you are being judged in the class if you can't hold a pose. Lots of encouragement and even a tingly oil neck run at the end of class!
