KW Towing

I was in an accident on the highway recently, in rush hour!! I called kw towing for assistance and the driver came right away. He was caring, professional and took care of everything that needed to be done with my car. He asked if I wanted my car towed or if he should take it to his yard - it was great that he gave me the option, as some tow companies don’t do that and automatically take the car to their yard. He then took me where I needed to go, to speak with the opp officer. He then drove me home. A couple days later, I had to go to their yard to remove items from my car and every single person in the office was polite, friendly and informative! Amazing experience with this company, many thanks and much appreciated! I will highly recommend.

Gary was a delight to work with. He was understanding and efficient from the first call, and even though I wasn’t physically there with the car when he picked it up, he made sure to call me and communicate frequently through the process. Dave was also extremely helpful and kind. The entire experience was quick and efficient. They were a pleasure to work with, highly recommend !

I was in a difficult situation after getting into a car accident, but Shawn from KWTowing arrived on the scene very quickly and was able to get everything under control in no time.Shawn was very professional, efficient, and understanding. He arrived at the scene faster than I could have ever imagined, and he immediately got to work assessing the situation and getting my car onto the tow truck. He was also very helpful in explaining the process to me and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

just locked our keys in the truck this morning with our two week old babe at the gas station. called kw and told them and right away you could hear the guy on the phone getting someone moving be for the call was even done! 5 minutes later tow truck pulled in and opened it up for us i asked how much didn't even charge us and wouldn't let me buy him a coffee said have a great day guys and went on his way! will definitely be calling this guys next time i need something!

Kw towing is amazing! i had gotten into a terrible accident and they were first to find me and helped every step of the way. Shawn and his lovely wife went above and beyond, even called and found me a ride home. They made me feel relaxed and less stressed. All together best towing company great people!

After an accident, they showed up before the police did. They said the police told them to come to the scene so they did. I was surprised considering I was on the phone with an emergency dispatcher but the tow truck operator from KW Towing pressed me to get my car towed by them. When I declined and said I had CAA, they said CAA will take 3+ hours. When the other driver and I were waiting for an officer, another tow truck operator from KW Towing told us our airbags can go off at any moment so it's required by law to have it towed. Then he said if an officer shows up, we're both getting careless driving tickets. He re-affirmed it by saying he's been in the industry for over a decade so he knows what he's talking about. Well, he was wrong. An officer came, the KW Towing tow truck drivers left quickly, I received no ticket and the other driver received a following to closely ticket. I've told friends and family of my experience and of this company so they can avoid it. Don't get trapped by the lies they'll tell you. They would rather make a buck even if it ends up with you getting charged for leaving the scene which they encouraged myself and the other driver to do.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was told by o.p.p my car was impounded with this company however it was at wright's towing which I believe are run by the same people. Instead of trying to help they became rude and basically told me to go awayVery unprofessional

Joe arrived quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful in a very difficult situation including offering a ride home when our car proved to be non functional. Would highly recommend using this towing service if in need.
