Serenity Tanning

Got my first spray tan here before my wedding and had a great experience. I felt comfortable, and was happy with the result.

I purchased tanning minutes a couple months ago to get a nice glow for my upcoming wedding. Every time I leave Serenity I feel refreshed and happy. The environment is clean and welcoming and the beds are amazing. I especially love that I’m able to call ahead of time to book an appointment! Thank you again!

5 stars all day long!! Beds & rooms etc. are always clean. She even has a bed with air conditioning. Amazing lotions stocked, great hours and always willing to try and accommodate ...but the spray tans... the spray tans are where it's at! The color Lisa recommends and application she does is always PERFECT! So much better than a random booth. Such a professional and welcoming service. So grateful! Thank you!!

Have been to Serenity several times over 2014, This was mine and my Husbands first time at this salon and we were amazed, Lisa runs a very clean and organized business. She has a cheery and Knowledgeable Staff, and Is very attentive to her customers. Doesn't hurt that we are very good friends, but I would still be a valued customer just the same!Thank you Lisa and Staff for making our time at your Salon so wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

A couple of months ago I got really tired of waiting for the Okanagan sun to arrive! It had been a really long cold winter and the promise of a warm spring just had not panned out.I’m very solar powered and was feeling pretty low. So I found myself looking for a tanning salon. I hadn’t tanned at a salon for a number of years and in my experience, coming from Vancouver, tanning salons can be sort of “clicky”.When I entered Serenity, there was a young lady at the counter and I was not expecting her to be very friendly,( again based on my experience coming from Vancouver.)Boy was I wrong! What an absolutely delightful and excuse the pun, sunny personality!Turns out, her name was Saskia, and in the short time I’ve been going now, approximately two or three months, I have not only gotten to know her but the owner as well and another young woman that works there on a very part-time basis. The three of them are absolutely delightful! Without fail they are consistently kind, friendly and energetic! Never once have they neglected to greet me in a friendly manner, or forgotten my name! (And I don’t have a common name! ANDI don’t always have an appointment!)Tanning salons have really gotten a bad rap in the last few years, but I know one thing, if not for Serenity Tanning I would not have any serenity in my life! It’s been a tough year for me with a lot of loss and stress. I’ve gone through a lot of personal issues and having found this hidden gem has really been a haven for me!I’m so very grateful that I found a place to go where I felt welcome from the very first time I walked through the door.The beds are always clean, every client I have ever seen coming or going always has a smile on their face. I’ve seen all different age groups in Serenity Tanning . They have a great little retail section which I’ve purchased from, including some apparel as well as the tanning lotions. It’s a fantastic local business which I will continue to support.

If I could give Serenity Tanning more than 5 stars, I would! The beds are top of the line, the salon is always immaculate, and the customer service is exceptional. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Lisa (the owner) is especially personable - I was away for almost 2 years, and she still remembered my name when I came back. Best tanning experience I have had anywhere in Canada. 2 thumbs up!

Lisa and her team are as good as they get! Lisa always has a smile on her face and is super knowledgeable with anything and everything to do tanning. By far one of my favourite places to go!!!

The tanning salon I used to go to recently closed. I was recommended to come to Serenity Tanning. I called ahead to book in and Lisa was super pleasant on the phone. When I arrived she was even more enjoyable to talk to and was very helpful with informing me about her tanning salon. She was never judgemental and answered all the questions I had. Now when I arrive, I am greeted with a smile and I rather enjoy my whole experience. I can honestly say it’s the place to be.
