These guys should teach a Master Class on car sales. This is how car buying should be everywhere. Why would someone in the Fraser Valley buy from a dealership in Williams Lake? It was straightforward, simple, honest, no surprises, no pressure, accommodating AND all done over the phone & through email! I will never buy a Ford from anyone else. Joel & Glen made this process so easy, I will be recommending Lake City to everyone. Absolutely top notch service & completely transparent. I couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate to ask for Joel.

Terrible service and an incompetent repair team. Took my truck in for a sunroof that got stuck, 6 appointments later, missing parts for install, putting it off to the side during working on it at appointment 6 because “they ran out of time” and it still isn’t working. No care or urgency to fix the problems they have now created and basically being told to be grateful that an appointment opened up after them forgetting to call me on Monday when informing them it still isn’t working over the weekend. My truck is sat tarped in my driveway with a stuck open sunroof for 6 days until they can “look at it” (direct quote from service department) Would never deal with them again. My next vehicle will be bought from someone who can properly manage a dealership and repairs.

I bought a used vehicle from Ford a while ago. Jackie was very helpful, and didn’t make me feel like I was just some young kid who couldn’t afford a vehicle. I had a couple concerns with the balance of the tires and the alignment, as it did have a hard right pull starting at 60km. It was a deal that they would balance my tires and do an alignment. When I picked up the vehicle after getting the work done, the mechanic told me they did the alignment which fixed the vibration and the pull, and that another salesmen took it for a drive and said the problem was fixed. He also told me that he “could see the wheel weights and they didn’t have time to balance the tires, but the alignment fixed it anyways.”. I knew this was BS. As soon as I took the vehicle I experienced both problems. Took it somewhere else to get my tires balanced and that solved both of my problems. Would NEVER take my vehicle to this Ford for ANY mechanical work.Other than the mechanic issue, I would definitely buy a vehicle with Jackie again. She was very kind and helped with another issue that I had on the vehicle a few weeks after I purchased it.

3 yrs ago I purchased a F150 from Lake City Ford after looking at many others in my area. (North Thompson) The truck, the price & the dealership was exceptional. They went above & beyond to work with me on this sale & I am still very happy with everything!Even now I prefer to deal with them as I have found them very informative, pleasant & helpful.Thank you Taylor & the crew! You are all wonderful! :-)

Charging over MSRP and not at all flexible on pricing. Other dealers have better pricing don't waste your time

I wish they had a greater selection of vehicles, their lot has been pretty scarce for the past couple of years.

The service department here went way above and beyond. I was travelling through with my brand new truck when a bunch of warnings came on. I called and spoke with Taylor. Even though they were clearly swamped, she still managed to get me as I was from way out of town and desperate. They got me in when no one else could, even knowing I’m from Edmonton and likely won’t be a repeat customer. Now that true customer service. Super honest with pictures of the problems and a quick fix to get me back on the road.

Don was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Even though we did not purchase a vehicle at this time, we will definitely call Don at Lake City when we are ready to purchase our vehicle

I came looking for a used truck with very little knowledge about them. Bevan K was very helpful at answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect one when I described what I was looking for. This was my first purchase from a dealership and I was very happy the truck came spotless and I had the option to purchase extended warranty from the help of Kristina ( which I did purchase it). Bevan even took the time to deliver the truck to me about 6 hours away on his day off because I wasn’t able to come pick up the truck due to work and showed me all the little accessories and how to use them such as Bluetooth, door code, cruise control ect. I am very happy with the service Bevan and Kristina gave me and I will be coming back here to purchase more vehicles in the future, thank you so much!
