Dr. Ravi and his team are incredible! Highly recommended. They have great hours and are there when you have any questions or concerns about your pet. After a long battle with my dogs sickness there wasn't a moment when I felt I was dealing with it alone. Dr. Ravi and his team were always there to talk me through everything, even when he was in Animal emergency they called often to check up on him to see how he was doing, as well as recommended him to a specialist at Guardian for testing when we ran out of options here . He is finally on the mend and we are so grateful to have such a caring vet in our town.Thank you

We had to put our dog down and they were very professional and empathetic. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.

I am so grateful to Dr. Nain and this team! My dog was sick with pancreatitis and they were able to fit her in last minute 3 days in a row. She is now much better, running around wildly chasing her ball. Thank you so much to Lacombe Pet Clinic! They are caring and competent and Lacombe is so lucky to have them.

Dr. Nain is hands down the best vet we have EVER been to. We have used him for years for both cats and dogs and wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Our journey started a long time ago when he did a late night after hours emergency surgery for my female dog who I had just left another vet the day before that did a horrible job and charged me an insane amount. That’s when we found Dr. Nain and thank GOD. Over the years, every single time I am blown away by how smart and patient he is. An ailment that you “think” you know the answer to always ends up being something much deeper that I never would have realized and he always cures it every single time AND IS AFFORDABLE. No price gauging just super super fair pricing and it’s always fixed every time. Kayla and Amanda at the front are amazing as well - they always fit us in no matter what and always call to check up on us the next day. Dr Nain has saved the life of more than one of our fur babies for example doing very very delicate procedures on my cats face when everyone said she would have to be put down (and she is perfectly healed living her best life now!) and finding a massive massive bladder stone in my other female Aussie that I had no clue even existed (and I had went in for something unrelated). Dr. Nain always does a thorough check and shows you the entire process so you can see and understand what is going on and how it is being treated. He doesn’t just guess at an infection he actually does swabs and shows you the results. I’ve always said Dr. Nain can never retire lol and though Kayla will be going on mat leave soon I wish her the best and know all the other staff are just as lovely and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know that has an animal and they will have a lifelong customer :) - Wyatt & Lindsay Fraser

The staff at this facility were very helpful and understanding when I was fortunate enough to get an appointment with the vet. The staff went above and beyond and by the time we were told what the diagnosis was myself as well as our young man were no longer as stressful as went we walked into their office.Also the cost was alot cheaper than I had gotten from the first place I had gone to.I would definitely suggest if asked by another pet owner to take their baby to this facility.

Very friendly and compassionate team. We recently had our girl Stormy put to sleep here and everyone from the initial phone call to receiving her ashes back, we’re amazing and kind to us. Highly recommend this vet clinic for pet care.

We have been here three times and they have all been exceptional. The first time was for a tooth extraction. They fit our dog in quickly and were so reasonably priced.The second (and third time) which was the most recent was for a bout of kennel cough or infection of some kind. Dr. Ravi fit us in between surgeries on his lunch to look at her because of her coughing but didn't rush us and spent a good 20 minutes checking her out. He laid out what our options were, the price range and his opinion on which was the best. There was no pressure or judgement and he was super kind. When 2 days later our other dog started with the same symptoms he fit her in immediately and gave a hefty discount (almost 50%) off the visit fee because it was our second visit in 4 days - even though it was a different dog. And again, the price (even without the discount) was very reasonable. They also called the next day to make sure everything is going well. We will absolutely be bringing our pets here from now on.

Staff is friendly compassionate and loki actually doesn't mind going to the vet he seems very comfortable when we are there. It a completely stress free vet visit. They always get us in the same day no long waits help us cut costs whereever they can no unnecessary medical exams or procedures, and we are in and out in under 1 hour! I only trust Lacombe Pet Clinic and refuse to go anywhere else.

We have been coming to Lacombe Pet Clinic since we moved here from Saskatchewan. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to help you. Our dog Winston had a tooth that abscessed and I was able to get him in right away. Dr. Ravi removed Winstons teeth and the staff did follow up calls to ensure Winston was doing well. The prices are great and wanting a certain type of flee/tick medication they were able to bring it in for me. Without a doubt a fantastic Clinic!

I called before hand and booked an appointment for my dog and they quoted me $130 for my dogs vaccine. The dog got startled when the person came to give her the vaccine and coughed. In doing so they refused to give my dog her shots and refused to let us leave until we paid for rhe vaccine that was not given. I would not go here because of such poor customer service.
