O.T. Was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were clearing out my father’s apartment after he moved to LTC. The team were efficient and polite. They also kept overlooked important things for us that were at the back of drawers, etc. The dates they gave us were also perfect for when we needed the work done. It was an excellent experience. Jennifer and Julia are amazing! We needed help with packing up a relative's condo. They organized the packing, including shipping items out of town. They arranged to have the place cleaned and even located some missing items of jewelry. They are friendly and compassionate in addressing the needs of their clients, and very efficient. They appreciate how overwhelming the process can be and have excellent solutions to complete the process. They provide a very professional approach, and are excellent!

I was recently faced with clearing out my mother's condo in Guelph Ontario.She lived to 95, was a widow for 20+ years and grew up during WWII so nothing was ever discarded. It is a 2-bedroom condo plus den and every available space was used.I contacted several companies in the Guelph area for moving stuff, buying stuff, taking stuff, donating stuff and none of them provided the services I needed. Many of the companies I contacted fell far short of my expectations and many proved to be unreliable (no names mentioned).Jennifer showed up on time, provided an accurate estimate and followed through on her promises to itemize and donate as many items to charitable organizations as possible. The remainder was disposed of....all included in the estimate.I live in Nova Scotia but the estate clean-out was in Ontario. Jennifer took care of everything including a clean-up after removing the effects. She kept me informed all through the process.I highly recommend Jennifer and Organized Transitions if you have a similar situation.Have your family members go through and collect cherished items and then leave the rest to Jennifer. Organized Transitions with Jennifer Smith, the owner, came highly recommended. I was concerned at first that because Jennifer lived in Dundas, it would be inconvenient for her to come to Oakville. How wrong I was? We were moving from a large house with over 50 years of furniture and 'stuff' and when Jennifer promised that she and her staff would be able to get rid of everything, I couldn't believe that it was possible. Wrong again! With great organizational skill, perfect patience, gentle manner and always a pleasure to work with, Jennifer and her staff managed to sell everything in our home, leaving it empty for the next buyers. I used Organized Transitions to help me with sorting out my mother's estate over this spring and summer. From the beginning through to the end, they were friendly, thorough, and professional. The sensitive handling of my mother's things by Jenn Smith and her team, plus their complete end-to-end service, made a difficult time so much easier. I literally do not know what I would have done without them. I have recommended them to my friends and family already and definitely do so for anyone.

We used Julie and her team to clear out contents from my mother's house and to also set up and administer a MaxSold auction. They were prompt, courteous and met all our needs. They also organized pickup of donation/recycling/garbage items. It was a great relief to see how much was removed from the house in just a few weeks.

Wow, what an amazing experience! Jenn and her team (Julia, Sarah, Alicia and Megan) we’re great to work with, so very organized, efficient, very professional and knowledgeable. They took care of everything for us, i.e. assisting with purging, the online auction and pick up, packing, unpacking, mounting a headboard and TVs and even hanging pictures. Our moving day began at 9 AM and finished at 7 PM with everything unpacked and put away in an organized fashion. They saved us hours and hours of work and helped to reduce the stress level associated with the process of moving. We highly recommend Organized Transitions for anyone thinking of moving.

My husband and I can't recommend Jennifer and her crew enough. They went above and beyond anything we expected and lifted a huge burden from us during a challenging time. We moved a loved one into assisted living, and we hired Organized Transitions to take care of clearing the condo, packing up stuff to ship to family or donate to Habitat for Humanity, and recycling and throwing out everything else. Jennifer handled EVERYTHING, from hiring and coordinating all the movers (including stuff going to 4 different cities) and cleaners, and showing up with her small team to do the actual clear out. Communication through the whole process was easy and seamless.She and her team went through the condo with such care -- checking pockets, purses, and drawers for anything important; shredding documents that had personal information, the list goes on. She really treated everything as if it were her own family's possessions. And when she found out that we were going to have to deal with selling a bunch of artwork, she took that burden off our hands as well.Thank you, thank you to Jennifer and your team.
