Solid donuts! These are small hand-sized donuts that are soft & chewy on the inside (and a slight crisp on the outside) with a nice glaze or butter cream topping. We got the matcha, salted caramel, haskap, and coconut. All of them were made well and the flavors were easy to appreciate (the matcha glaze may be a bit sweeter than liked for some people). They are served by some very friendly people!In terms of critique, the donuts themselves can be a bit on the greasy side compared to other places. As well, they can be a bit dense and heavy rather than the light fluffy texture. They also sell at a higher price point so your expectations will probably be higher too (and even higher if you choose their 'gourmet flavor' which pushes the per donut cost to more than $4). They are still worth a try if you haven't gone before!

This donuts are amazing!!!! The texture is different because they are rice flour donuts but the taste is so good!!! Their icing on the donuts is very light and not to sweet so it just makes the donut sweet enough, if you haven’t try them what are you waiting for!!!! Excellent option for people who is gluten free!!!!

Hello Mochi serves up gourmet pastries on the famous Japanese rice cake. Who knew that this would be such a great combo...especially as a succulent donut. Delicious and chewy.The space is clean and vibrant with lots of natural light. It's tucked away in a little space in Windermere.They also have basic espresso drinks on tap.

Delicious! These donuts are most delightful. The texture is so unique and the flavors are bold. The flavors change regularly and it is so easy to order online. Orders are always ready and on time. This place is a must try!

A different type of donut. Chewier than the Canadian donut as it is made with mochi. Did not realize it until I left the store but got charged extra for a gourmet donut but on checking none of the ones I bought were gourmet. If I go back I will check what is charged more carefully. But donuts are tasty.

Absolutely delicious! Great local spot that brings something unique to the area. The regular flavours are amazing and the gourmet options that change monthly are always fun to try! Everything, including toppings, are made in house and generally gluten free. Well worth the price!

A cool place! The mochi donuts are pretty good, especially when fresh! I love the variety of flavours they have but I have to say the flavours aren’t the strongest. The buttercream icing is delicious but in the mango one for example, I didn’t taste much mango flavour at all. That being said, the donut itself is crispy and chewy. I think the prices are not really worth it, but they’re a nice little treat every once in awhile.

OMG, these donuts are just amazing! This is the texture that I like, quite similar to a well-known donut shop that I love to visit each time in Japan. The cream is so smooth & soft and not too sweet. But not gonna lie it is a little bit pricey, so probably will just come once in awhile.

Hello Mochi
Decided to check out this place on a whim and I’m so glad I did! Best donuts I’ve ever had by far! The Mochi donut itself has a great texture and chew to it. The different flavour cream toppings are great! So creamy and delicious! I couldn’t pick a favourite! I will definitely be coming back here for more donuts whenever I’m in the area!
