I would like to thank Synergy Protection Group inc for giving me the opportunity to represent Synergy Protection Group OTTAWA. The Synergy Toronto Managers was supportive and respectfull with me during my time with Synergy Protection Group inc. I believe Synergy Protection Group inc has the potential to succeed in the Ottawa area once A solid Ottawa Branch Management Team is formed. I found that Synergy Support was at times dishonest with me at times, I left the team due to unfortunate circumstances. I wish all the best to Synergy Protection Group inc especially with Synergy Protection OTTAWA team.

Be warned. They will hold your first 2 weeks of pay untill you reach 600 hours worked and they will NOT tell you this. If you quit or are let go before then, they will NOT pay out those two weeks you worked. None of this is In your hiring package or disclosed upon hire. If you plan on being paid on time then good luck. Was over a month before I received a paycheck.

Been working with Synergy for 2 years.Using an anonymous name for obvious reasons.Will reupload if deleted.The only reason I stayed for that long was because the site they had, had a really good client. The Synergy team was very bad, the client was supporting me more than the Synergy team. The client was more forgiving, flexible, and understanding. It helped me overwhelm many Synergy decisions since the client was in favor of the things I proposed. I am a dedicated worker and that stuck with the client. I will explain more in details now.Synergy is unorganized and is unethical. There was an employee who can only work three days a week, they brought a trainee to be trained by the employee under the statement that the trainee is training just for supervisor roles purposes". It was already awkward enough they brought someone out of the blue to be a supervisor when I was there for few years. At any rate
