My partner and I don't drive, so we weren't sure how we were going to get around South Dakota for a friend's wedding. RapidShuttle was effective and reliable. The drivers were on time, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend!

I arrived in the lobby about 3:30 a.m. on 5/27 & driver was already there for my 3:50 ride to RAP from K Bar S Lodge. Thus I arrived at the airport well before my flight & on the way, we chatted a little.

Appreciated the driver pointing out details of area and offering suggestions on our way to bar k lodge. Both from airport and back drivers were helpful and friendly. Great rates from company.

I am a big fan of RapidShuttle in Rapid City. They were fast and efficient when they picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel. They are picking up my entire group from an area hotel to take us to dinner and pick us up. Can’t say enough nice things about the excellent service

Please help!I arrive in Rapid City airport at 9pm, will your drivers be around during that time? If so, where can i find them? Do i have to book it online, or can i use your services as soon as I arrive?Thank you!

Booked on their website with no problem. They have a desk in baggage claim at RAP and were ready to take me to the hotel. On the return trip the shuttle was there 10 minutes before my 4am pickup and took me back to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Nice guys, on time, and reasonable prices. No complaints.

I recommend their service. When I spoke with them, they made it seem that we would be able to get to our destination in a reasonable time. However, when we landed they waited on two aircraft to unload, asked the passengers if they needed a ride and then finally explained that we would be dropped off at our destination in about 2 hours. After speaking with them, they offered to add another vehicle. That's customer service.

Rapid Shuttle was convenient and reliable. Easy to find in the baggage claim area of airport. The on-line booking service and pre-pay was convenient however for one person thought it was pricey ($200 round trip includes an automatic % gratuity). There was no way to ride share to help cut costs even though I shared the van with many others. The drivers were nice enough and got me to my destination.

I will 100% will be using Rapid Shuttle again! I pre-booked a ride from the airport to the hotel online. After my flight landed, I simply went to ther desk and everything from there was a breeze. The driver was incredibly kind and conversational, which made for a warm and welcoming start to my trip. My many thanks to Rapid Shuttle, their drivers, and everyone else on the team!
