One 'positive' of this pandemic is being introduced to our smaller entrepreneurial pharmacies. I visited JC Pharmacy for the 1st time today for my booster shot. Kudos to the hard working, professional and friendly folks who looked after my experience!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. Anyone that hasn’t tried an independent pharmacy, you don’t know what you’re missing. I love this pharmacy, the delightful owners Chandra and Jaya and all their wonderful staff provide extraordinary service. They always go above and beyond and have helped me out so many times when we’ve been in a pinch. Stop going to the chain pharmacies and find out what real customer service looks like!!!!

I received my covid-19 vaccine at JC Pharmacy today.Regardless of how extremely happy the other customers were, the staff went above and beyond throughout the experience to make it fast, safe, and positive. I can’t express my gratitude for the hard work, positivity and dedication of the staff at this pharmacy.Based on the interactions with staff here today, I will *always* recommend this pharmacy from here on.

Chandra and Jaya the owners and pharmacists are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you with your needs. Super friendly and caring. The rest of the staff are also great too. Would highly recommend going there to fill your prescriptions.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacists/staff are all kind, empathic, and caring. They are so helpful. When you go to this pharmacy, there is a familiarly and kindness, a community feel, that I don't experience often at businesses. Also of note, they're really good and clear and non judgemental with my FNHA coverage. Highly recommend. I didn't know that I'd ever be recommending a pharmacy. But here I am.

Very rude… the girl who attend has no patience at all. I was asking about the medication and she rolled her eyes every time she had to answer me. If you don’t know how to treat customers the just stay in the back stocking or something else.

I chose this pharmacy for my booster as it had open appts available for the very next day. My partner is immuno-compromised and I didn't want to be in an arena situation with long line-ups especially with Omicron. I felt totally safe here - there were only the two pharmacists and two other clients being processed for their vaccines. It was quick and TOTALLY painless. I'd highly recommend booking your booster shot here. Also, they are really nice people :)

I met these wonderful pharmacists when they were at the Target pharmacy at Tillicum, and followed them when they opened their own pharmacy. They are the most knowledgable, caring, above-and-beyond pharmacists I've ever met: 10 out of 10 recommend . They're also quick to fill prescriptions, and there's free parking right in front of the pharmacy.

The staff here went above and beyond to ensure that my co-workers and I all got our Covid-19 vaccine on Friday. They are friendly and efficient and clearly care about their community. Moving forward, I will be using them as my primary pharmacy directly because of this great experience.
