Worst customer service. You call no greetings, no manners, you have to repeat yourself 3 times for them to understand and next thing you know you're speaking to a different person without knowing you got tramsfered.... spend your money elsewhere.

Excellent service. I was served by Nick on a Saturday morning. Ordered some brake disc kits front and back. Everything was in stock and at a competitive price. Prior to going there I went to 2 other places and stock was limited and prices were high. I will be coming to Plaza 2000 for all my auto parts in the future.

These guys are friendly and dedicated to their clients. I am a regular customer. I always ask a lot of questions before buying parts and they have always been very patient and helpful to me. I have never had any problems with their auto parts or tools so far.

Good products as far as I know. But theyre a bit on the pricier side compared to guys like Jarry Auto parts and Promechanix (where you can only order through a garage but they give you a 2 year warranty on things like calipers).

They refused to give a price over the phone, why would I waste my time go to thier store to only discover they are more expensive? Old mentality.. I would rather pay more than go there.Update : your answer was very proffesional and it says a lot about your business, wake up we are in 2019 I don't need to call iga to get a price it's on thier website I can also order online and get it delivered, as for the difference between the two lettuces if I didn't know the difference I would Google it...again we are in 2019.Update 2 :I'm not frustrated at all, it's all in your head, I only reviewed your place, that's it.I shopped online and called other few places and I was able to get a pricing and it gave me a good idea where to go without losing a day of my job and wasting gas.

Dealt with these guys for many years. Rebuilt a few cars with their parts. Always friendly. If they don't have it in stock they will get it in an hour or so. Great experience.
