Just had the most delicious road tripping breakfast at Golden Bakery & Deli. I ordered the Turkey BLT, shared an apple fritter and a caramel macchiato.The warm sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had -EVER! The cheese bun, crispy bacon, turkey, tomato, lettuce and generous amount of mayo made for a magical experience.The apple fritter was the best apple fritter I’ve ever had. The glaze, soft pastry, apple and cinnamon hints. Only thing is I wish I ordered my own.A must stop in Golden.

The old fashioned brownie was amazing! Cinnamon roll and the raspberry Bismark was good. We did order the sandwich special and was just ok. I would stick to the desserts only. Also the place to eat here does not feel cozy at all, feels more like a school cafeteria.

Food was decent, but expensive! 4 bars (meant to be 3 but realized later they gave and charged us an extra) and two cheap looking grab and go sandwiches was a whopping $35

The oatmeal raisin cookies are very large and delicious! Coffee is regular drip coffee but pretty good, and the bran muffin was very filling. A great place to get breakfast.

Phenomenal baked goods selection and really friendly staff! We had a croissant and muffin and took a sausage roll to go. Wish we had discovered this place before the morning we left town.

Do yourself a favor and make this one of your first stops. The pastries are delectable and the latte and London fog were superb. If you’re hiking in the area, they have easy to grab sausage rolls that travel well in your pack. We never had a fresh made breakfast sandwich/plate, but I saw a few served and they looked amazing. The cinnamon twist was nice to have waiting in the car after our hikes. We went there every day we were in town - it’s truly that good.

Flavourful chicken soup, though fewer noodles and more vegetables would have been better. Fresh buns, delicious sausage roll, fair prices, good selection of treats. The bear paw was kind of dry but nice if you want just a slightly sweet, easy on the cinnamon treat. Thinly sliced apples in the layers would be great. Definitely would stop in again. Coffee in self-service container wasn’t great but I think for a little more $ you can get a fresh pour.

Amazing! I think it was the owner who served us, he was so nice. The coffee was fantastic and so was my iced latte. I loved that they used coffee ice cubes so it didnt get watered down! They also had many goodies but unfortunately we didnt get to try any. The owner also seemed to know every customer who had came in, and made it a point to talk to them. Definitely check this place out to support local!

Such a great stop for a quick lunch or breakfast! They also serve really amazing latte's, hot chocolates, cappucinos etc! The staff is always really friendly and I love stopping in for a treat and a latte mid day!
