Great store! Always stocked and super friendly staff.I moved to this pharmacy because I continued to have issues at a different location. Since I switched to Westdale, I have had zero problems picking up my prescriptions.Last time I visited Devi in pharmacy showed me how keep my meds more organized and answered all of my questions. She didn't make me feel rushed and took her time to talking to me about my son's bug bite.I would give 10 stars if I could!

Pharmacy is very concerning, my girlfriend went to go pick up her Ozempic pen, and when they told her that they were apparently one short and saying that she had used up all her pens, when she only picked two when they owed her three in total being one short! This is not the first time that I have heard that the pharmacy has been short changing patients with prescriptions. There needs to be investigation done, and inventory done on, especially some of the more products that they sell, including Ozempic because they might be profiting on the side of them.

I have to give 5 stars not to the store itself but the guy that was working on Sunday March 19 around 12:30pm I believe his name was Dae (not sure how to spell it). I came in looking for a products earlier in the morning and the girl that was in the cosmetic section wasn’t really much help, but I came later around 12 and I told Dae what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to look for it in the back of the store as it was just arriving to the store. A few seconds later he came out with the product I’ve been searching for weeks. He deserves a raise.

Went in to get help with skin care, sun screen, face cream etc. Staff was so helpful and engaging. The products they picked for me resolved a skin problem and I just want to say thank you!

This pharmacy has provided exceptional service every single time. I am on multiple medications, and like most people out there I have difficulty getting a hold of my family doctor. However, the pharmacist and the team at this location have been life saving. I'm not sure what I'd do without them. They review my medications each and ever time, take the time to answer all my questions and I walk out feeling very much cared for. I am grateful for this pharmacy and team!Keep up the great work!

I really love going to this shoppers and I think it's the best one in the area. The owner, Devi, and the pharmacist Alex are both very professional and friendly and they always take their time to help me out with my questions. I also love their selection of Asian snacks.

Every time I go to this shoppers, I have a great experience with all of the staff, especially in the pharmacy. They are patient and help and provide solutions for all of my concerns, and the owner is very sweet and hard working and cares about all customers. Keep up the good work!!

-Pretty average shoppers but the sales girl at the beauty boutique was kind of pushy and unprofessional. She interrupted our conversations multiple times to ask if we were done shopping… kind of unprofessional and makes it hard to actually shop. She also had an attitude which was just the cherry on top lol-An entire skincare line was priced incorrectly. Prices were shown as $7.99 but rang up as $20+… same SKU numbers too

The pharmacy here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. My doctor had to send a script 3-4 times because they couldn’t understand my dose. Simple, layman terms that could be understood by a child, yet somehow gave me 42 tablets instead of 70. (No, they were not out of the medication, they literally purposely gave me 42 without refill for 28 days)

I wish I could write separate reviews for the pharmacy and the store. The store itself is pretty good - staff is very friendly and they have what I need.The pharmacy on the other hand - AWFUL. They have messed up my prescriptions time and time again. I'll call and they will tell me I can pick up at 5pm in 2 days, and when I go at 5pm 2 days later they'll ask me to wait and fill the prescription on the spot.They often struggle to find already filled prescriptions (they are very disorganized).Once they accidentally gave me a 90 day supply of all of my meds. Sure, this was nice for me, but it is absolutely not allowed for controlled substances. There are strict regulations on ADHD meds.One staff member commented on how I look different in my ID (5 mins after looking at it and giving me the prescription) and I said oh maybe it's because I gained some weight and he agreed but then stumbled over his words and said oh but gaining weight can be healthy - sounds innocent but is that really your business to mention when it wasn't a problem for you to verify my identity? Many people might brush this off but it really impacted me as in that picture I was an underweight and unhealthy teen.The WORST thing though - I finally decided to switch pharmacies. I did everything right and my new pharmacy went ahead and contacted this Shoppers. I get a call today and I am told Shoppers transferred my prescriptions to a pharmacy in Toronto. When the person from my new pharmacy (IN HAMILTON) asked why they would do that, the person from Shoppers just said oh I don't know... My new pharmacy is now working to fix the mistake that Shoppers made.Many people I know have had issues with this pharmacy. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt because it seemed understaffed. There is a wonderful pharmacist there (I do not know her name, she is a ginger) who I haven't seen in a while. They don't seem as understaffed anymore but somehow, the disorganization and dysfunction is worse.
