I was very happy with my experience at SK Electronics today, their technician Steve is top notch. I had previously had a new stereo installed by another technician and afterwards my speakers were not working. Steve diagnosed the issue as faulty speakers (as it is an older vehicle that sat unused) and he then offered to install economical used speakers to save me money; as I was not able financially to replace all my speakers. I opted to wait and save money for high quality speakers and Steve did not charge me for the inspection. Great service, I will be back.

Got a phone screen fixed and they installed it with the corners popping off. Screen cracked in my pocket before making it back, didnt even last a month. Very disappointing as it was over $300 to have the screen replaced

Love dealing with this store!!! Awesome Staff. They are super pleasant and helpful, I always leave a happy customer. I have had the pleasure of knowing one of the ladies in there for a long time Jeena, she is fantastic , super knowledgeable, friendly, and funny, makes my day just to see her. Always knows how to sort out my issues. I will continue to support her and the store. Cant wait for my next upgrade :)

i understand needing a profit, but charging $180 for a part that i can buy on amazon for $45 SHOULD BE CRIMINALgood luck to you folks LOL

I have mixed feelings about my overall experience with SK Electronics and the correspondence with Stew, the one I dealt with for this situation.I had a Samsung Galaxy S6 and S8 that both needed each a new battery and the S8 needed a back glass/cover replacement.I initially phoned in and had a coversation with another employee about my two phones and to my surprise I was told that when replacing the battery, there would be a chance the one working on it could crack the back cover and that I would be the one covering the cost???!!!That right there is a huge problem, there should be zero cost for the customer if the SK employee incures damage to a customer's phone. PERIOD!I was directed to send photos through email for better clearfication on what would need to be replaced, costs, etc.I sent an email on August 6th explaining that I would like a quote and a time frame of when the parts will be in at the shop. ZERO correspondence for OVER A MONTH, completley useless!I was the one who had to take initiative to make the phone call wondering if the parts have been ordered? If they were at their shop? When I did call in I was told over the phone that Im lucky I called in." because they were going to use the battery for another customer!!! WHAT?!Thankfully the moron who worked on my phone didn't crack my back cover because there would of been a serious problem with who pays for that part. To my surprise the service was quick

Our family has been dealing with SK Electronics for as long as I can remember. We’ve always appreciated their experience, knowledge and service. Recently I purchased a new phone from Jeena at the Telus desk and my experience was nothing short of amazing. She was wonderful to work with and got me what I needed quick and efficient. We will continue to support this Nelson staple for years to come.

Terrible customer service. I brought something in for repair and the guy was vague and didn’t even get up from his chair. He simply didn’t want to be bothered and that’s not the first time I’ve gone in to this business and received this lack of care.
