I have become a frequent visitor at this Tim Hortons and have always had a great experience! The staff are always kind and helpful and my order is ready quickly and always tastes great!

Definitely in the running for worst Tim Hortons in the province. Take the extra few minutes, save yourself the headache and just go to Vidal.

I’ve completely stopped going to this Tim Hortons for my morning coffee. The workers are slow and seem inconvenienced that I am there to order. So instead of me getting my coffee two minutes from the house every morning I wait roughly a half an hour until I get to the next town for my coffee. Between the attitudes and the horrible productivity I try to avoid that time hortons as best I can depending on the time of day.

Food was good; typically tasty and fresh, as you would expect from Timmy's. Tables hadn't been wiped that recently, but wasn't dirty" - just from previous customers. Therefore decided to take order out... Only thing was a missing sandwich from the order (2 turkey clubs

Sunday 2.30 pm Mar 12 2023. Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 med coffees. Was overcharged by $1 on each bagel for the cream cheese, which barely covered the surface of the bagel....wheres the quality control? It states on menu board a Bagel WITH cream cheese $2.79 not plus extra..... Consulted with manager on duty told that Tims had updated the system but thier menu boards were not changed yet. No offer of refund or even compensating a coffee. Just told her hands were tied....be careful prices subjected to change......

Well,they just done renovations,but it lacks something inside,it just seems not cozy at all. It needs pictures of the Town and its history. The sounds inside just seem to bounce off the empty walls,but other than that it is a nice new look.

Several months ago I would walk down once or twice a week and would sometimes buy my parter a creamy chocolate chill.On one occasion they asked me if I wanted it with chocolate milk or not. I told them I have no idea as I don't drink them and I have no idea how they're made. So they told me they messed up and I could bring two home- one with the chocolate milk and the other without. Continued buying them over the next several months but we always wondered if they were actually being made right simply because of the bad experiences we have had at this place.Last week for the first time we got one of these creamy chills from a Timmies in Sarnia. My partner took one sip and his eyes widened as it was the best one he's ever had. All the others were bought from this location only which means every.single.time they were made incorrectly.They also never have anything fresh, barely any selection and employees are super rude when you have to repeat your simple order to them 3+ times.Absolute worst Tim Hortons in all of Sarnia/Corunna combined.
