We used Desiree O'Doherty as the Mortgage Broker for our recent house purchase. We had more than one transaction to be fulfilled at the same time complicating matters, and she was always quick to respond to calls or emails to alleviate our concerns. The advice she gave us was definitely in our best interest, despite the fact that it meant she would receive significantly less income from the transaction.
