I recently just got treated for a massage by Sky and I got to say she is amazing! I love her technique form, along with her compassionate attitude towards others when working. She is a professional in her field as a physio chiropractor who will do a great job in assisting healing on soreness in the body.

Like other posts say, The receptionist at the doctor's office is too rude and doesn't bother to get an appointment with the doctor. I’ve been coming here since it first opened and I have never been dealt with so terribly. I came at 1:21pm and was asked to come back at 2pm. I came back at 2pm and was advised that I am now able to have any kind of appointment until the evening. With me starting at 4pm for work, this only made things worst for me? Why was I told to wait IF there was nothing u can do for me since 1:21pm? The Indian receptionist (not trying to be rude but there’s only two) is the one with the attitude and TERRIBLE customer service.

I’ve never seen a more unprofessional and chaotic dental office in my life. 5 times I’ve booked an appointment with them and showed up to discover the appointment was either not in their system or they called to change it last minute. I’m actually quite surprised a place like this is still operational and in business. They have tactical methods to pressure you to pay for treatments you don’t need.My last interaction with them was when I got a text letting me know I had an appointment, and when I showed up for the appointment they told me my dentist wasn’t in that day. It’s a shame, I think their dentists are quite good and I really liked mine, but the admin team ruins the experience for the patient. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else for your dental care.

Dr Rania Salih removed my wisdom tooth. I highly recommend her. She’s very caring and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure was extremely cost-effective and fair. Great service and friendly staff.

I have tried Massage therapy with Dr. Ramya and she is the best in her role.She knows perfect techniques to remove the pain.She is the best among all the staff.

I gave it a three star due to the Washrooms Dilemma" as they almost never available for Patients "out of order" or "someone didn't return keys" as an Elderly this is a problem for me and my Family Patients too. I often wonder where all the five different office staff go ¿? We are thinking of leaving the Pharmacy

Hi, I would like to share my experience in the pharmacy. MR. SO CALLED PREM PANDA. He has no etiquettes, completely ill mannered and disgusting guy. He has no sense how to speak with his co-workers. I saw him how he was harassing an assistant in native language. He was asking her to share a bed , removing clothes and all that kinda stuff. He also was about to slap her for not making refills instant. She was crying and listening everything quietly.HE SEEMS TO BE POLITE OR FRIENDLY WITH CUSTOMERS AS HE KNOW HE HAS TO MAKE MONEY BY BEING IMPRESSIVE IN THE EYES OF CUSTOMERS AND INDIRECTLY TO HIS BOSS TO GET GOOD INCENTIVES.He should be suspended from his job.. HE DOES NOT DESERVE THIS POSITION.

The receptionist at the doctor's office is too rude and doesn't bother to get an appointment with the doctor. When all other doctor clinics are taking their regular patients, this office is still to get back to the normal working. A receptionist is the first contact before you meet the doctor, but this lady receptionist has an unreasonable arrogance dont know why, if she herself needs some treatment. People only call up doctor when they are not well and such a conversation with the receptionist is unwelcomed. My family doctor is still the only best person in that office.

Dental Hygienist name Jaspal doesn't know how to treat patients. She started making snarky comments for me being 7 mins late even though I informed them twice and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I clearly indicated to the front office I am traveling from Ajax. This office used to be great, but the management has either changed or not being managed to the best of its potential.

I remember in past how they had to change my appointments and how i accomodated those changes but This time Ihad to cancel my appointment because of me being sick . And i got snapped back by them for it. Also they threatened me to charge cancellation fees which they never talked about or i never signed any document stating that. Poor management and very unprofessional. Never going back there.
