They have expanded their showroom into the warehouse area! I'm excited to see a thriving business in Bancroft!.

We generally deal with smaller local furniture stores, but were really impressed with the sales staff, and all of our dealings with the Bancroft Leons. (and Proper Covid protocol observed at all times by staff.)Delivery was exactly as arranged, friendly delivery team, and received our invoice with a flower ! Nice touch. Also a note expressing their thanks for our business. And a follow up call the next day to ensure the delivery and product met our expectations. As stated, we were impressed and frankly, surprised. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend.

UPDATE BONUS: they fixed the chair and even picked it up and delivered it to me. This may have started out as a negative review, Leon’s Bancroft has done way more than I expected.UPDATE: Leon’s called me first thing this morning to offer up them trying to fix the chair. I’d call that going above and beyond. They’re even picking the chair up. I know the outcome for the chair might still mean I got a lemon, at least Leon’s Bancroft cares enough to get back to its customers. The manufacturer is the real problem. I’ve changed my review.I bought an electric reclining chair as I was in a serious accident and a regular chair wouldn’t do anymore. We went to Leon’s in Bancroft for the purchase which was great. Then recently, it stopped reclining. The head piece still adjusts but the chair is touch and go. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I checked to make sure everything was connected which it appeared to be although I’m no expert. I called the store and was treated very professionally and the rep said Leon’s couldn’t help but he’d call the manufacturer who also refused help as the chair is discontinued so you can’t even get parts. So I’m thought I’d be stuck with a $1500 reclining chair that doesn’t recline.Even though the rep was polite and I believe genuine in his disappointment in not being able to help, there should be an option to fix an 18 month old chair. I was willing to pay to get it fixed as I knew the warranty was expired. Anyhow, Leon’s fixed my chair. I’m glad they stepped up when the manufacturer wouldn’t.

Went into Bancroft location, last Thursday, excellent staff, very helpful, very accommodating, purchased what I needed, and all items delivered by 4:00 same day. Highly recommended…

Have been in Bancroft Leon's a few times and I must say, their customer service is so excellent!I was in a bad car accident late last year and fractured my hip. The car insurance accident benefit covered a new bed.I love that there is a massive Showroom (set up beautifully!) so I could look at, try out, then purchase what I needed.Superb quality, very comfy!And they deliver no problem! I live about 45 min away.Thanks Leon's!

Being new to the area, I was a bit worried that there was only one real place to get appliances. With what might be the market share, there isn't a need to fight for customers. My concern wasn't needed at all!I bought two appliances over the phone, where Stacy worked with me as I was hoping for in stock and quick delivery. She gave me confidence in what I was ordering and answered all my question. Delivery was smooth and they even left a flower and a thank you note! Yes, they left me a flower and thank you!! Once gone, we did notice damage on one of the fridge doors and all it took was a photo and a phone call and the door was replaced within hours. Hours, not days. I'll be going back for future needs at the cottage and would recommend. Fantastic customer service!

Recently had to purchase a dryer for home. The staff member at store very helpful but the delivery team of Ryan and I did not get the other fellas name were wonderful. Carefully brought the dryer in and placed it. Have made many purchases from Leon's but those delivery fellas were the best!

I cannot thank you all enough for the lovely service you provided. It is a big step to move far away from family and friends, and you made this process easier for me. My furniture is beautiful, and now my rental feels like home. My dog no longer cries when I leave for work, she curls up on the ottoman and guards the house. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. The free delivery was a bonus. Thank you again Leon's Bancroft! I would definitely shop here again!

Picked up chairs that were ordered - since you have to spend over $200 for free delivery - & the warehouse staff were very friendly, efficient & helpful.
