Awesome range of dog sport and dog training gear. They've got a couple bargain/discount bins that I really enjoy digging through. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are the cherry on top of this wonderful business. Dog friendly (obviously), newbie friendly, browsing friendly.

Awesome service. Very welcoming even to me shopping with a toy breed and asking to have some modifications done to accommodate such a small dog. Of course the selection is geared toward working dogs but we still found ideas that I can make work for my tiny pup.

My go-to store for any sort of dog training and working equipment. I've done orders online&picked up, and shopped in store.Honestly, worth going in person, as the variety is so wide and there sometimes sales items. I mean, you can't, *really* say no to a new collar for your dog(s) if it's 30%-50% off, can you? (Yes, you do need a 3rd Fur Saver in a different colour, a 6th flat collar, and a matching leash.)I don't buy leashes, collars, harnesses, or accessories for training equipment anywhere else.The employees are always so nice, and patient as I walk around (likely with my mouth hanging open as I'm contemplating more things I certainly don't need, but want lol), and very helpful.

I've always liked my purchases and in store recommendations. But today they went above and beyond. I had purchased a set of pullers rings (very durable) and they broke in the first session. They replaced the set no questions asked. I love it when stores stand behind their products. The communication about the matter was flawless too!

Best working dog gear spot in the lower mainland! If you are looking for working dog equipment from harnesses to various collars to bite sleeves and tugs to e-collars and even dog training human apparel this is the place! The staff is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend

Stopped by to check out the store, May 22nd, great service, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a nice chat about our dogs. Really cool store, I was able to buy a new collar and battery for my e-collar as they had Dogtra parts in stock! Will be back for sure! Highly recommend them!

Nice selection of quality tugs for my Doberman. I ordered the “two handle bite suit tug” and a foam ball on rope. Both came very quickly, and were well packaged, from BC to Toronto Ontario. I just wish shipping was not as high as it is (almost $25.00) Thanks for the gear, my dog loves it.

Absolutely incredible customer service of course by the owner herself. My dogs leash broke because he chewed it and I went to buy a new one. I asked her if I could also pay to have the original one repaired somehow because I absolutely love the leash. Without any hesitation she took care of that for me within minutes using an even stronger stitching than the leash was originally made with. I went home with TWO leashes that I absolutely love! I am absolutely in love with how strong and sturdy their sure-grip leashes are! The quality of their products are at a much higher level and it’s mind boggling how affordable they’ve kept their prices. I’ll definitely be going back again and again.
