MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual
I have ordered take out and dinned-in multiple times and always had a pleasant experience. Tasty food, good service when dinning in, good food temps when taking out. I recommend and will continue to dine here. I seen a review about Gluten Free options and I agree, would love to see a gluten free bun.

Worst Mr Mikes I have been in. Poor service inattentive staff and the rib eye was so chewy it seemed as it was AA meat. So disappointing as I was looking forward to a great meal at a new establishment. I only had 2 bites of my steak when I said I was finished my meal. Strangely enough the waitress didn’t even ask what if anything was wrong with my meal. Oh well I guess I should have carried on to VCR to a Keg restaurant. Merritt Mikes should be grossly ashamed of their attention to the food served.

I had a far better experience at this mr. Mikes than others. Seated quickly, food came quick, waitress was nice. I ordered a rib eye and med rare and it came well done.. not sure what steakhouse can’t probe their steak to temp. Their rib eye is a bigger cut so it should give the cook more leeway to get it to proper temp. I wasn’t offered to have the steak re done but I’m weary of sending any food back, never know what goes on behind the scene. Despite the the steak being overdone it was still good. All the sides and seafood topper were fantastic.

Vegetables warm not cooked. Food after 45 minutes came before utensils. Had to ask kitchen for salt and pepper (more than 6 at table). Over priced. For further insult they add an 18% SERVICE CHARGE" (yet the point of sale device displays the standard tip choices). Cannot help but wonder how many added an additional tip (10% tip on 18% totals 29.8%)Truly a poor dining experience.Never again."

My birthday dinner didn't go as well as I had hoped, and communicated it in a friendly way. The subsequent service went above any other experience I've ever had. Was thoroughly impressed, and would use it as a case study if I was back in business school.

The triple A New York was very bad (one of the worst steaks) and the ribs were not great at all. The waitress and atmosphere were good. Our issue is, this is advertised as a steakhouse. The problem is, for two drinks and terrible food, we paid nearly $100. We would not recommend unfortunately. Maybe the other options are better

My first take-out order for ribs looked as follows: half the ribs only covered in bbq sauce, small amount of fries, no coleslaw, no garlic toast. Going back to the restaurant, I waited another half an hour for the order to be made again. Later I realized that the coleslaw was just raw cabbage, no sauce. What is the matter with this restaurant being unable to full-fill a simple order? Will never order from this chain again.

Steak was okay but the sides were terrible. We ordered Smuggler Cove steak and instead of veggie medley we got half a plate of carrots that werent even cooked all the way through. Also got a chicken sandwich with the chicken being dry as bark and the buns soggy as bog -_-We were there at 9pm and we understand end of day can be bad with most food being run out but a headsup from kitchen would have been good.
