This place closed on me 10 minutes before 7pm. All my bed sheets and winter gear left in the machine. I left the place for 20 minutes after asking a man to leave who was using the facility as his own private lounge - smoking and drinking alcohol. I wanted to wash up having made direct contact with him. Returned to be locked out. Not good!!!

I don't know how this place has 3 stars.1. Half the machines are out of service.2. Just because a machine is missing an out of service sign doesnt mean it is functional.3. The functional" machines might eat your money.4. Noone answers the phone when called."

About half (10) of the washers were working. The dryers are mostly useless. $3 to $4 for washing. They use quarters and loonies. There is no toilets, baskets or any amenities. There were no other customers on a Thursday evening. The neighborhood is nice.

Do not go here. Extremely poor service, most machines are broken or dirty leaving your laundry sitting in a puddle or smelling like metal. Staff is unhelpful as they are not there to refund you if a machine doesn't work or give you change if the coin machine is broken. Communication is awful, there is often no one there and no one answers the phone. It's just not worth it.

Electric dryers,not as good as gas. Charges you for 30 at a time and doesn't dry sufficiently.

If everything works here it's great. Any issue and you're out of luck.I've had machines break on me. And now during the Covid 19 crisis their change machine is eating two-dollar coins and often shutting down completely so it won't even take bills. As it is really hard to get change during the pandemic, it now means that I can't even use their service because I can't get change. I contact the staff, and they say that they will only be there 6:30 am to 7:30am and that is the only time I can get assistance. I am literally trying to help them and they aren't giving me help to assure that they can actually have people pay to use their machines

Great place. Very well maintained and staff is very friendly. Let me finish my laundry even though it was going beyond closing time 10pm. Since the recent renovation it very clean and shiny. Nice waiting area with tall chairs and space to sort out laundry. Even has free WiFi now. All is proper.

WORST LAUNDROMAT IN MTL!!!! RIP-OFFIf you want to waste an hour and half drying 1 load and spend 10 bucks to end up with damp laundry then this is the spot. Infuriating. Half the machines don't work at all and the ones that do barely do anything. Hated it!!!

I put a load of laundry in the dryer on high heat. The dryer has a 24 minute cycle so you are obligated to put $2 at a time. The sign on the dryer says it takes 35 minutes to dry a load so you're stuck paying at least $4 to dry a load.When the cycle was finished, my clothes were just as wet as when I put them in the dryer and a little warm.I switched dryers and divided my load in half, so now I'm at $6 and 48 minutes...Also most of the machines are autolock, so it's good if you want to leave for a few minutes,but not so good if someone throws a belt in their laundry and you're stuck listening to it rattle.

Pricy but efficient (costs 3$ for a washing, and between 2-4$ for drying depending on the load). I haven’t had any issues with the machines - they all seem to work great. The wifi doesn’t work though.
