One of their trucks spilled glass all the way down my street (every time they went over a bump). When I told them about it, they stopped, checked the back, did nothing, and then kept going.

I would never have First Response do any more work for me again. If your insurance company sends these guys to your emergency don't let them in. They have no idea what there doing and there staff are not trained properly.
