The French receptionist lady is short tempered and doesn't care to hear what people has to say she acts like she is a robot reading a script, I suggest not going to this location.

Yarrow Building, 4th floor, Fort at Broad Streets...my 'go-to' location for six years. It is open 8a - 2p Mon-Fri.Very good COVID-protocols in place is reassuring. Staff are friendly. A couple of long-term techs retired recently which is sad.As a walk-in, I waited less than five minutes, a couple of minutes for check-in, then was sitting in a room. There were some questions regarding my requisition so my total visit time (from check-in to finish) was 35-minutes.I timed it right: when I left, there were six people waiting in the designated waiting area. You can book appointments in advance on-line.
