Ordered a half-dozen doughnuts. No complaints about the quality, but not impressed being charged a-la-carte for the 6 doughnuts. $9.40 is a pretty excessive for a half-dozen doughnuts. Won't ever return for pricing like that.

Very nice and cozy looking deli. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service is beyond amazing and the bakery items are so much better than the frozen stuff you get at Tim Hortons

I usually always get good service and a nice coffee and snack half way on my 4 hr drive to Bancroft. But today I gotta say I was extremely disappointed with the blonde who served me who wasn't only rude it was as if she had a problem with me. From reading above maybe same lady cuz she sure whipped my rcpt. at me too. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the bunch and I and others will reconsider going there if that is the kind of service to expect. Other than that it has always been a good experience and something to look forward to on a long drive.

This is an ok stop when heading east from Toronto to Ottawa. If you don't want to drive into Peterborough proper and you need that pit stop before making it to the next town because you are feeling the Hangry setting in, this will do in a pinch. Otherwise, if you have time, I would take the short trip down Lansdowne into Peterborough where many more options exist.Service is only okay at best and if you are later in the day the food selection gets pretty pitiful.

Could have been the worst coffee I've ever had at a Country Style. Firstly I asked for Dark Roast...it tasted like a warm bath water dipped with a brown crayon for colouring. Country Style used to have good coffee but this was brutal. The donut I had was nice and fresh but I'm not sure I'll be back for their java.

I love this place. First of all their donuts taste like real donuts. Tim Hortons Donuts used to taste like these but now they don't. They have sugar twists like the Tim Hortons of my childhood and were unfortunately out of the orange cruellers. The bathroom smelled of bleach which is exactly the way a truckstop bathroom ought to smell, and the staff were super friendly. We need a Coffee Time in Ottawa.

Very good service. Doughnuts were delicious. I tend to stop by here when making day long trips across the province. Everytime I am met with such great hospitality and care. I've been coming her for the past 7 years at least. Always getting doughnuts for the family. Everytime the persom working the counter stuff wayyy more than a dozen inside the box and gives extra things. So nice and kind. Always served with a smile

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly and quick to serve. My Steak and Cheese from Mr. Sub tasted fresh and delicious and the iced coffee was nice and cold. The dining area was very clean as well.

Stopped for a quick sandwich on the way back downtown. Great service. The staff was really friendly. Only complaint is that the sandwich my brother ordered gave him some pretty bad gas so we had to drive most of the way home with the windows down.

Under new management and slightly under staffed; the country style part is great. However, the Mr. Sub had always been my go to (since I work 1 min down the highway) but has tasted....off lately. Not to mention the stomach issues that came along.
