Today I had my first ever good experience with this clinic. I called this evening around 5:30 hoping to talk to the doctor because I have a pretty bad infection and a high fever and need antibiotics. I was expecting to have to wait until tomorrow, but he called me within an hour and had my prescription faxed right away! I was able to get my medication tonight. I am very thankful for this experience as it saved me a trip to the ER.

Terrible clinic. I have an infection and couldn’t get into see my family doctor for a few more weeks; I called 811 and was referred to this clinic to get a prescription for an antibiotic and when I finally got a call from Dr Ellie, he wouldn’t even let me speak, he had his opinion on my situation before he even said hello, I couldn’t get a word in. He very rudely ended the call and his only medial advice was to wait for my family doctor. What a terrible person to consider a doctor.

I’m not one to make reviews, but this Dr Eli guy needs to be sued for Medcial malpractice. Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever seen, did not even pretend to care about my issue. Plenty of similar reviews online, should be taken up for malpractice honestly

Please don’t waste your time. Unfortunately, this is my second experience dealing with Dr. Eli and he has not changed. He medically gaslights, speaks over you, raises his voice and is extremely condescending. I ended the call feeling hopeless. I was advised to gargle salt water and take Advil for symptoms that have been ongoing for more than 2 months (after I voiced to him that I’ve already tried the suggested). His lack of care and professionalism is completely unmeasurable. Avoid at all costs!

I called this clinic because i was sick and knew something was wrong. Dr. Elli called me and was on the phone with me less then 2 min and hung up. I called because i was having sore throat and my throat was swollen no other symptoms wanting to antibotics as i have had strep in the past. now i know with out him looking at me because it was over the phone but i explained to him what i was experiancing and he told me nothing he was going to do it was viral. well after it getting worse i got a second option my tonsails were almost swollon shut and i was told that it was the worse case of strep throat they have ever seen and asked me why i waited so long to get seen. Well Dr Elli if you did your job in the first place i would have not gotton as worse as i did. 100% avoid this clinic they dont care about you. and good luck getting ahold of the clerk when i called to get my appointment the voicemail said they were taking calls starting at 2 for afternoon I called and called and after a dozen rings no one answered so i called back and back it was not until 1 hour later someone answered the phone

Terrible service. My boyfriend had strep throat, the Doctor refused to see him and refused prescribe him any penicillin (amoxicillin) we have had strep before and know the process. The Doctor is only interested in taking your MCP number for a quick dollar to our health care system with zero interest in helping anyone. If I could rate this lower than 1, I would.

I paid $150 for a doctor to tell me to gargle salt water. The next doctor I saw prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection.Horrible business. Horrible doctor.

This better be your last option, because it’s never a good experience.Dr Eli basically talks over you, takes nothing you say into consideration. I have never met a more unprofessional, ignorant individual in my life. Do your self a service and go somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I almost never write reviews but today was wild. I have a recurring problem that I have had treated successfully before. Told the doctor - sorry, TRIED to tell the doctor, but he kept talking over me, would be asking his next question before I finished answering the previous, and didn’t even bother asking about pre-existing conditions or allergies. When I said that this ailment happened only seven months ago, and the treatment I was given, he said if I wanted the same treatment, I would have to go to the same doctor. I told him that would mean the ER and he didn’t seem to care. I only went to the ER last time because I had gotten to such a bad state and all other treatments (including the one this current doctor was offering me) didn’t work. He didn’t care. All this happened in THREE MINUTES. He charged MCP and went on to the next patient. Absolutely wild way to conduct a doctor’s appointment.
