I live close by and have shopped for my pet food here since they opened. In the past I have had to ask the young lady manager product questions and found her less than helpful as though I was bothering her so I found some of these reviews to be similar to my experience. Recently I had a bad batch of a product and decided to contact the manufacturer via email directly so I wouldn't have to go through the store. They apologized and promised a 100% guarantee for their product and told me I needed to go back to Bosleys about the matter. I did that, taking with me the bag the product was in (Batch # included) along with the email from the company. The very first words from the manager were It's not my problem

Went in looking for a specific product, was getting help from nice young girl at front looking it up on her computer. she saw it was not in that store and was in the process if telling me where I could locate it, when a very rude older person jumped into conversation to say that it was discontinued

Each time I have attended this store the young clerks are very friendly as well as helpful. They pleasantly acknowledge you right away and ask if you need help. The manager of this store needs some training with with respect to communication. She never acknowledges you and if she does she says hello while walking away with her back turned. She completely has no interest what-so-ever in discussing bringing products you may be interested in, rather than discussing it she simply dismisses you. Quite rude. I won't shop here unless I run out because of her.
