Clearance racks are actually worth the trip, discounts are great and the selection is there. I think a few different stores have sent clearance items to this location so it's making high quality clothing attainable during this economic craziness.Gear is always plentiful and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection. Online qty needs some work. Wanted to online order a bunch of things and showed no stock. Went in person and there was lots. Meant paying full price instead of the sale price.

Great selection of outdoor gear. Some a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.Staff are friendly, good selection and new products regularly brought in.

Incredible location with amazing staff!I came in looking for a travel backpack and was helped by Ellen. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! She walked me through everything and my favourite option ended up being something I didn't even consider.She helped save me a lot of future back pain and I'm extremely grateful!

Was buying an item online. Sail has one of those websites that doesn't take too kindly to people buying online using their smartphones, so it's best to use a tablet or laptop, which is what I had to do to avoid all those insane error messages. Just letting you know.

Went to get few camping equipments and gears. This place is huge and has lot of options too. Prices are reasonable and has good promotions too. Purchased a hiking shoes for 50% off. Service was really good. I really like this Place and will recommend this store with FIVE stars.

I didn't go Sail long time. After opened this location I went to few times. In 2014 (Nov) they opened it so probably last visit was 7 or 8 years ago.It's great store. Because, a lot of small detail items have it. I mean professional items. So, if you looking for specific items you can find it. Upstairs was fishing section.But, price was not happy for me. I went to clearance clothes section but still expensive. I went to yesterday (which is Cyber Monday) I thought some store still doing Black Friday sale. They put it stickers 20%" off or "50%" off for each tag something like that. So

You don't get alot of these outdoor stores nowadays. Their selection is great , although you do pay a bit of a premium.I wish they had some frost river gear, but all in all.. this is a place I frequent for good quality camping / fishing gear .Recommend.
