We had the pleasure of working with Nick on a penthouse renovation in Lower Lonsdale, which included three bathrooms. Having our kitchen and bathroom remodel handled by Nick and his network of trades was totally stress free and I am more than happy with the outcome! Our main bathroom was woefully outdated with a tub enclosure over a pre-existing tub and a linoleum floor. We contracted Howson Homes to renovate the bathroom from the floor up so that we, as seniors with increasing mobility concerns, could have a walk in shower to replace the tub. The work performed was done in the time frame quoted and for the amount quoted and turned out beautifully. We have been delighted with the outcome.We chose the tile and fixtures with the assistance of Nick and Hannah and feel that they kept us up to date at each step of the project.We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to undertake a project for their home.

We chose Howson Homes to do a complete home renovation in 2022. Nick handled every facet of construction from demolition to finishing, and the final product is just incredible. We had Nick complete a four level renovation for us which included a complete new kitchen and three bathrooms with new flooring throughout.All work was done according to code and within timelines set and agreed upon budget expect for extra work we requested that was outside of the original scope.As a family we are all very happy with the work Nick did for us as well as the trades he brought in to complete the job.Everyone was tidy, respectful, showed up at the appointed time and top quality.I would not hesitate to call on Nick for any other work we may require in the future or to call upon any of the tradesmen who worked on our home if any maintenance is needed down the road such as plumbing to replace a hot water tank for example.Thanks Nick.

Nick and Hannah have been great to work with. I had clear ideas of what I wanted and they were able to make them happen. The bathroom was a gut reno in an old house so needless to say, there were a few surprises along the way, but they were great at walking me through the options. They were excellent at organizing and working with sub-trades, Hannah has great organizing and scheduling skills!Plumbing and electrical (sub-trades) came in over budget but Nick stuck to budget on the work he did.Considering this project was carried out during COVID, it went incredibly well.This is my dream bathroom and I'm extremely happy with the finished result. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nick and Hannah again., thanks guys!

Nick was great choice for my first bathroom Reno. Very responsive, tight timelines and quality work. So good in fact, I hired him again and he crushed a weekend to completely replace a shower in my rental place.
