Home Hardware Building Centre Grand Bend
We use the Grand Bend location for business needs in the area; always very happy with the service and product. Recently used the kitchen and flooring department for personal needs and it was fantastic. Katie was excellent for presenting different options and price points (of which there were many). She had great guidance and advice and is clearly experienced in her area of sales. Very willing to spend the time putting together some great custom ideas for a laundry room or bathroom. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Thank you!

This home hardware has slightly inflated prices from others I have been to.The selection of different products is poor compared to other home renovation stores.The convenience of the store is not there being outside of town.On the bright side there is lots of parking on site.

Lifesavers on more than one occasion and I've only been working here for a few weeks. They always manage to come through with the supplies i need to get my job done and have a very well stocked lumber yard. Definitely recommend!

My husband took a paint swab into this location from offline…they said they could colour match it. He brought the can of paint home and it was not even close to the right colour. We didn’t open the can…he took it back first thing this morning and was advised that they won’t do anything about it. My husband was advised…he should have noticed it last night before leaving the store. No offer to re-tint…no offer for a discount on a new can. Words were said and my husband was kicked out of the store. Both parties were guilty.Anyway…we now have a 72$ paper weight and they have lost a customer. We will never step foot in the store again. And here we thought a small town store would at least be helpful or at least pleasant.0 for customer service!

It's our favourite go to hardware store in Grand Bend for stuff you forgot at home or that needs replacing.We're camping at the Pinery and the portable BBQ that came with our second hand trailer was less than adequate; the previous owner never cleaned it or took good care of it - we did get one seasons use. So, off to Home Hardware this morning, right after breakfast.They had one in stock, at our price range; a staffer took it out of the box for us to ensure all the parts were with it.Great service and helpful staff. Small town friendly.

Purchased a BBQ with delivery, store sent me the floor model , which was dirty and scratched. Called them to inquire about this and manager advised me that it’s perfectly normal for them to do that and it is their prerogative ,if I had an issue I had to return myself. Very poor customer service and even worse attitude, especially from a manager who sets the tone for the rest of the staff.
