Sundance Lake Residents Association Ltd.

Got married here in March of 2013. The venue is beautiful, stunning view, fair amount of parking. It's very well kept, the washrooms are in great condition and very CLEAN. They were kind enough to make an exception and let us setup the day before, although this is something they don't normally do. The only downside is that we had to tear everything down and cleanup by 1 am, but that's pretty standard with most community halls. They do however let you bring your own bar :) I would recommend this venue to anyone in a heartbeat.

The lake is ok, but no visitors or grandkids allowed, no kayaks, paddle boats. This is ridiculous. Where is the virus going to live? Other lakes have much more reasonable standards. Why can't all the city lakes have some kind of common standard?

Well kept park and facility. In the summer you can have all the luxuries of water(swimming, boating, kayaking,paddleboarding,fishing) outdoor games and even some barbecue. In winter same with the ice,skating,tobogganing and hockey.They have indoor Table Tennis as well.The access is only for the residents though.

Fun place to hang out with family and friends. Available to use at a fee but only for members of the residents' association. There is lot of space in front of the lake for kids and adults. Beach like environment too.

Lake Sundance is a wonderful community in Calgary close to schools, transit, hospitals and shopping. Recreation abounds here from hiking in Fish Creek Provincial Park to fly fishing the Blue Ribbon Bow River trout fishery. Within the community there is fishing, paddle boards, paddle boats, row boats, canoes, kayaks and swimming in the lake in the open water season to skating, cross country skiing, tobogganing and ice fishing in the winter time. The beach is a common summer meeting place for people of all ages. The lodge handles small to large meetings and weddings.Group events for residents include Stampede Breakfast, children’s Easter egg hunt and the family perch fishing derby.

I enjoy the lake. Very much. I wish some people took physical distancing a little more seriously, but it's still a great day when we're at the lake.

Nice beach - we aren't allowed to rent life jackets which is a little weird . I know covid regulations and all but someone could drown. maybe just check temps before letting anyone in.

Good facility but the curly haired lady named Terry that works at the front desk is just awful. She cares about no one but herself and is rude to everyone. The lake would be so much better off if she was fired.

Great lake! Clean & well looked after!

Nice place,just wish we were allow to take our little dog with us when we go there.i would absolutely spend more time there if my dog was allowed to go.other than that a great place
