Marco and Sonya and his team did a completer home renovation for us. Marco is very knowledgeable, personable and easy to deal with. His team is outstanding and the attention to deal is second to none. From start to finish Marco and his team were polite and courteous and did an amazing job with the renovation. Marco loves what he does and it definitely shows in the quality of work him and his team deliver. His 3D design shows exactly what the Reno will look like which makes that super exciting. We engaged the services of the Zzone Homes team in 2022 for a complete home renovation (Gatestone project) this included a total first floor renovation, new staircase, upstairs landing and upstairs bathroom, needless to say a very complex project that involved totally gutting the first floor, removing walls and implementing an open concept, the Zzone Homes team did an absolutely amazing job on all aspects of our renovation, we were (and are) completely thrilled with the final product. Every aspect of the project was handled with professionalism, dedication, attention to detail, quality workmanship and done within original budget. The Zzone Homes team has an ability to quickly pivot, adapt and quickly implement a solution to any issue that arose during demolition, we were thoroughly impressed with the entire team and all of the key players at Zzone Homes. This project was started during the COVID pandemic with all of the restrictions and severe supply chain issues but somehow the Zzone Homes team was able to overcome all of these challenges and deliver the final product on time and on budget and most importantly matching exactly to the original design vision, unbelievable work by the team! A big thanks from our family to all of the team members at Zzone Homes, we are approaching 1 year from the completion of the project and not a single issue has come up, amazing quality work by the team!

I have been in my industry over 15 years and have worked with the full spectrum of good and bad vendors; Trust me when I say the latter sadly, is the norm. Marco and his entire team go above and beyond on every single project and the craftsmanship is perfection. His team is punctual, precise, talented and here is the differentiator; respectful. This is the kind of team you would invite after their shift to join you and your family for dinner or a drink. At the project completion, I come in and photograph the home and the details. Wow, where do I even start? We recently had Marco and his crew at our place for a major main floor renovation - a full kitchen redo, removing a load-bearing wall, putting in new flooring, and working on the design to create a more open concept feel. And boy, did they deliver!Marco and his team are not just regular contractors. These guys are magicians! They took our dated space and transformed it into something straight out of a home improvement magazine. But the looks aren't even the best part. They made the process SO EASY.We all hear horror stories about home renovations, but Marco's team made the entire experience pretty much stress-free. They were friendly, honest, and always ready to answer our questions or address any concerns. Plus, they were super reliable, always on time, and stuck to the schedule, which is something you don't see often.They took the time to understand what we wanted and didn't just rush to get the job done. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the work they do. Our trust in them was never misplaced, and they always considered our home as if it was their own.And let me tell you about the final product. WOW! We couldn’t have asked for more. The kitchen is simply stunning, the new open space feels so much more welcoming, and the floors look amazing. The design is not only beautiful but also practical. Marco and Sonya and his team completely transformed my home and washrooms / front foyer. After evaluating many companies I must say that I am very happy with the work Marco and his team did. My washrooms look like a 5 star hotel the quality of materials and finishing are top class. We just completed a 12 week project with Zzone Homes. Renovation of full main floor, kitchen, family room, laundry room, staircase and upper level hallway.One of the main reasons we chose Zzone Homes is for their turnkey service offering using in-house professionals for demo, electrical, plumbing, taping, cabinetry etc… this gives them a competitive advantage and better control of timeline and cost. Marco and his team were complete professionals and a pleasure to work with, they were polite, helpful and always did a great job keeping the areas clean before they left. Marco was very accommodating to the ever expanding scope of work and always agreed to it with a big smile on his face. We definitely picked the right team to have in our “COVID Bubble”.
