Ketty has been an outstanding partner in our home building process. She's very professional, responsive, creative, organized and honest. She saved us from making some serious design errors and has a ton of great industry connections so the entire process was seamless and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ketty to anyone and will definitely be calling her again if we ever decide to renovate a house again!

Hiring Ketty was the best decision we made in our kitchen renovation. From the first meeting we felt incredibly comfortable with her. She brings a fantastic design sense but always listened closely to what we were looking for and brought that into the design. The kitchen is exactly what we wanted and better than we could have imagined.Her project management service was impeccable. She is an extremely hard worker and made everything easy for us. Her contractor was fantastic. The project finished on budget and significantly ahead of schedule.We have already referred friends to Ketty and will absolutely be hiring her for all of our future home projects.

We have been toying with the idea of renovating our house for at least 3 years, but with our hectic schedules, nothing has been done until our friends mentioned Ketty to us. With some vague ideas of what we want in each space/room, we decided to take a leap and asked Ketty for help. Boy, are we glad that we contacted her, and the rest is history. Ketty, Jerry and their team transformed our old, outdated place into the house of our dreams. The entire house is now open, spacious, modern and in style. Families and friends who came to visit had their jaws dropped and in awe of all the details of the design and renovation. From the initial design boards, fine tuning the details, sending over a 3D video so that we could visualize the space better, to sourcing all the materials, hardwares, and furniture, Ketty and Jerry were with us every step of the way. They always went the extra mile to show us what works and what doesn’t. Their attention to details and commitment to our project made the entire process stress free for us. Even though there were some hiccups during the renovation, or items being delayed due to the pandemic, they handled them with ease and always had several solutions on hand to present to us.Ketty is very talented, she opens our eyes with ideas that we never think of. She always kept us in line with our budget, and kept us in the loop of the entire process. She responded to our gazillion emails, texts, and concerns in a timely manner and eased our anxiety away. Their entire team (including their top-notch contractors) are extremely professional, punctual and transparent. Ketty and Jerry communicate with their contractors well and they have a great chemistry working together. They are very adaptive and will find ways to overcome obstacles in order to achieve the best result. When they found out a supposingly load bearing pole was actually a decorative element, Ketty and her team worked around the clock to come up with a whole new design board with different options for this newly discovered space. We are pleased with this newly founded space, but more pleased and appreciated that we have Ketty and her team around in this project. That’s why we have already asked Ketty to help us out with our basement design and renovation half way through the project! We considered ourselves lucky to be able to find Ke Design Collective to help us out in this whole house renovation, we highly recommend them to anyone who’s interested in having their space redesigned!

My wife and I had wanted to renovate two of our bathrooms, but waited until we found a designer and contractor that checked all of our boxes in terms of style, communication, attention to detail, and budget. We came across Ke Design Collective on Instagram and followed them for a few months before reaching out. We really liked the range in their posts, from their aesthetic to their explanation of the different choices one can make in their renovations. Their content was very educational and they separated themselves from many other interior design companies on social media.After our first meeting with Ketty, we felt comfortable working with her in coming up with our dream washrooms. Ketty listened carefully to what we needed, asked us lots of questions to understand what our style is, and incorporated what she learned about us into our project. When we were presented with a few design options, we were very happy with everything we saw. It was hard picking just one option to go forward with! Ketty’s drawings are extremely detailed and gave us comfort in knowing that the contractors had the measurements they needed.When it came to selecting products and fixtures, Ketty was very good at helping us stay within the budget we gave her. Even with a somewhat conservative budget, Ketty was still able to select very nice pieces that helped our bathroom look stylish and be functional at the same time. Her extensive list of trade discounts also gave us lots of options.Remodel Renovations (RR) was the contracting company that executed the work. They were contractors that Ketty regularly worked with and from the beginning this was evident. They were in constant communication to make sure everyone was on the same page. Ketty and RR also have a network of trades people that specialize in millwork and countertops. These people often work with each other and it helped make communication between them pretty seamless. RR are clearly very experienced and skilled in their craft. They often explained to us what they needed to do, why they did it that way, and kept our home very clean at the end of everyday. We would happily have RR work on our home in the future.Overall, Ketty was instrumental in helping our projects come to life. Not only is she a skilled designer, her project management skills helped the project go smoothly. She was very responsive to our questions throughout the project and often visited our home during the construction to make sure things were going well. By the end of the project, it felt like we had been working with good friends. Ketty and Jerry are a pleasure to work with and we always enjoyed chatting with them. We’re super happy with our new bathrooms and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and colleagues! We will definitely reach out to them again in the future for our next big project.
