Fantastic staff they made our whole experience amazing. Lee our technician was very throrough explaining everything to us regarding our service. Melissa in sales was truly wonderful, so helpful answering all our questions. so we chose the right vehicle. Claudia and Stacey made everything with our purchase very clear and perfect. Would highly recommend for all aspects of buying and service for Land Rover Vehicles.

I had an exceptional experience with the customer service provided by Jaguar Land Rover Langley. The process of purchasing our car was efficient, and we could test-drive, trade-in, finance, insure, and drive it home all in the same day within a matter of hours. Our salesperson, Brian, was friendly and helpful throughout the process and ensured we received all the necessary assistance. Patrick, who assisted us with the finance application, did an excellent job being effective and transparent. I was pleasantly surprised that the gas tank was filled up when it was only half full during the test drive.During our drive home, I noticed that the wheel alignment was off, causing the steering wheel to vibrate and the car to pull to the side at 100km/h. I voiced my concern to Brian, who promptly scheduled an appointment for later that week. On the day of the appointment, Christine provided excellent assistance and arranged an Uber ride to and from the mall, where I waited while the alignment was corrected. Her conduct was professional, friendly, and efficient. After the alignment was done, the car felt perfect.I am grateful for the outstanding team effort exhibited by Jaguar Land Rover Langley and would like to thank them for their exceptional service.

Having my Velar for the last 3.5 years I've dealt with Richmond, Vancouver and Langley JLR and Langley has by far been the best service I've received.Arvir Kainth at JLR Langley has been beyond exceptional anytime I've taken in my vehicle, had any questions or needed anything.From following up on my requests on his own to going out of his way to speak to other departments to get things done , Arvir has made the Range Rover experience amazing.Would highly recommend JLR Langley and if you're able to talk to Arvir, you're in good hands!

SCAM ALERT DO NOT BUY WARRANTY - they will make it super hard / take months on end to refund you if you decide to cancel (not sure they even will!). I purchased a Porsche here, was about to drive off and there was a major coolant system failure hidden! They fixed it but were likely hoping I'd drive off and not say anything. Then I tried to cancel my warranty, and I'm STILL WAITING for the refund 1 month+ later! I'll update if / when I get it but DO NOT SHOP HERE you have been advised. Go to a dealer literally anywhere else.

There service department is 0 star. No one is professional. Took my vehicle for service and they recommended me to do some other services on my vehicle and i said ok go ahead do it, that i find out later doesn't needed at that time but anyway after the service i start facing so many other kind of problems ln short cut my suv was not driveble. I took back and after a day they told me its fixed but it wasn't. Its been more than 6 months now i m still facing same problem. I booked appointment with them 2 weeks ago that i need loaner vehicle and they gave me today's date when i reached their they didn't have loaner vehicle and wasted 2 hours there and then they booked a vehicle from rental company. I was ok with that too until i notice that they gave me basic car. I called them and message then regarding that if you guys were gonna do that then why i have to wait 2 weeks. Its been 3 hour now no one get back to me , even last time they didn't contact me and i have to contact them after 24 hours and their manager's excuse was we were short of staff. What kind of service is this..

I bought vehicle from them. They claim that inspection was done and that everything is good with the car. But after owning it for a 3 months, my engine got seized and it needed a new engine. When I contacted them they said because I don’t have warranty on the vehicle, they won’t do nothing about it.Got a quote from other jaguar dealerships for $35k for installing a new engine. I contacted back Jaguar Langley and told them about everything and that how they could sell me damaged vehicle and if they would help-nothing. No words from them.So the other dealership helped me and they gave me 50% off and I still paid $17k for new engine installation.So for my opinion I will never buy again at Jaguar Langley. They are a scammers and they don’t care about the customers.As soon you buy from them, they don’t care about you anymore.And also it’s not a first case that I heard about them, that they sold a damaged vehicle.Make sure if you buy,that some other mechanic look the vehicle.I didn’t, because I trusted them-they are jaguar dealership, they must know what they are doing. But guess I was wrong.
