Highly recommended. Jyoti & Carmela are professional and knowledgeable. I was quite nervous about treating my under eyes, but their relaxation & distraction methods put me at easy. Most importantly, I didn’t bruise and the results were beyond amazing. I have undergone other procedures with other professionals and have had extensive bruising, swelling & less than optimal results. Looking forward to my next treatment.

One word: gifted! Joyti is not only just skilled at her craft, she is honest and cautious. During my first-ever experience, she suggested against mono threads because it would have been unnecessary. This is someone who cares genuinely about the integrity of the outcome, rather than upselling you on needless cosmetic work--such a gem!Recently, she did my nose with PDO threads to improve upon my previous surgical nose job. And hands down, I'm still in awe over the results!!!! My nose actually looks way better than the surgeon's initial work! Incredible. Exceptional!Joyti is also so seamless and calm in her manner. She creates a feeling of safety, care and reassurance at a level which I haven't quite felt before with other injectors. Carmella is also incredible--I'm always laughing and feel at ease in her presence.And since I'm a pretty picky pain-in-the-butt patient when it comes to aesthetics, you can be confident about my recommendation when I say you're in the best hands.

I had PDO threads done by Joyti with the goal to slim my lower face/tighten my jawline. Not to sound dramatic but the results have literally changed my day-to-day life and confidence. My face is more photogenic now and that's always been my biggest insecurity. I highly recommend threads for lower face slimming/jawline snatching".
