Incredibly slow service the day we visited. They only had one employee working at the counter, and the line up was out the door. One staff member checked what we needed in line to hand out forms to pre fill. For our case we were informed we had to wait to see a staff member at the counter. Upon check in we were told we had to fill out a form, and then step out of the line. This could have been handle much more efficiently had the original staff member gave us the correct form while we were originally waiting in line. Staff were very friendly though

Came to change over my Ontario Health Card and Drivers License. Had to complete an eye exam for the license and the clerk was very informative and patient. Both times I've visited the service was quick and efficient even with long queues. Edmonton City Centre isn't the most pleasant place to visit, but this registry is great.

Really fast turnaround time. There was a long lineup when I arrived, but the staff helped everyone and got to me within 10 minutes. Definitely superior to other registries in the city I've been to.

Great service and friendly staff. My office is in Oxford Tower so this location is convenient. Besides that it’s a nice place, clean and tidy well lit. It can be busy at the end of the month due to vehicle registration renewing but otherwise service is fast not to long of a wait. This location will take care of all your documents that require government approval. As long as I work downtown I will come to this location due to wonderful service.

I needed to register for a handicapped placard. Didn't know what to expect. Wow what a line up. But it was Friday. Anyway, the efficiency of the staff brought that line down very quickly.I had the pleasure of working with, a trainee, please bear with me. I said hi Mr trainee. He was so good. He asked appropriate questions from his mentor, very smart Lady. Anyway, MORRIS, was amazing. He was a perfect example of a hard worker, willing to learn. Kudos to Morris. And it was handled quickly and efficiently. A sign of true professionalism.

If you are new to Canada and trying to get any kind of ID, don't come here!The guy who has faux hawk hairstyle looks so agitated with his eyebrows always crunched up, he doesn't seem to be happy helping people.We went back there because they needed" a proof of address and the Indian lady there with a hand brace didn't want to accept a mail with a clear name and address
