Bought a truck sight unseen from Thunder Bay Ontario. Roadsport sales rep Matt was friendly, professional and extremely helpful in ensuring I was well informed and comfortable that I was getting everything I bargained for. Very good experience Matt was amazing on the phone and in person when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I was ruling out a couple different options for vehicles and Kassidy was the Business Manager that was assisting me. She helped with payments, rates and coverage options. I went to Roadsport a couple days ago looking for a new truck. I was introduced to Dom. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely helpful he was. Even though I wasn’t sure that day what truck I wanted to buy he was able to help me make my choice without any pressure. All in all I can say he’s genuinely a great salesperson.Do yourself a favor and seek out Dom next time you’re at Roadsport.

I'm only writing a 5 star review because of one guy, Gus Ilson, who is the finance manager. Otherwise, this would've been a 1 star for sure with very negative comments. I don't even know where to start. I had read some bad reviews about their sales staff before but didn't expect them to be liars. Their sales staff suck. They are rude and very dishonest, lol, but they're all nice before getting your money/upfront. I can share some things here, but in short, I would just advise you to be very, very careful while dealing with their staff, get everything in writing, and DO NOT TRUST their words. I'm very thankful to Gus Ilson, who finally got involved and sorted it out.
