A-Tech Mechanical

First day of my holidays and we make it an hour down the road and my trailer wiring rubbed through from dragging on the ground. The time was 8PM on a Friday and I called a number of businesses until I got a hold of Cody the owner of A-tech in Whitecourt. He didn’t bat an eye and said he would be down as soon as he could which on a Friday night was super quick. We where fixed up by 10PM and back on the road. Super friendly and precessional and did a great job with quality workmanship to boot. All in all the call out fee was super reasonable and the service was top notch. Super thankful Cody came out and got us going. Thanks Cody, keep up the great work. Will recommend you to everyone I know.

These guys are fabulous ! The minute I called Cody was informed , helpful with scheduling and able to help us out when everyone else was booked . Would recommend giving them a call the next time you need a urgent ( or not so urgent ) repair .

These guys got me out of an emergency situation when my rear diff blew up over the weekend. Got me in within an hour after I called and got me back on the road in 3 hours. Great group of guys!!!

Cody and staff were awesome to deal with. They got me in as quick as they could knowing my days off could be very short. Mechanic showed me the old parts and explained everything along the way. I am grateful for the excellent service.

Blew the alternator on a Friday afternoon and Atech was the only business in whitecourt willing to help. They had us back on the road within the hour of the call. They saved the day and the weekend. I’ll be saving this business in my Contacts, do yourself a favour and give them a call if you need anything fixed in the whitecourt area.

they told me they could do the job I needed to get done,long story short they couldn't but still charged me for work not the full 10 or so hours they had into it but they charged me a hefty amount for a job that didnt get done,I get they had hours into it but I don't get paid to not complete my job and I talked to 2 other mechanic shops in town and they both said they wouldn't charge anyone for a job they couldn't do or they wouldn't take on a job they can't do,my opinion is to save your money and wait in line at a other mechanic shop,there's a reason you can get on so quick with these guys

I'm not local to the Whitecourt area and was on my way back from BC when my car starting doing some strange things. It was the long weekend and I called this shop, explained what was going on with it. The gentleman(I'm sorry, I'm terrible with names) I talked to was kind enough to come in on his day off with his family to help make sure there wasn't anything really serious going on with my car and that I could make it home. I was also told that if anything happens on my way back to give him a call again and he would come out to help. The customer service was like none other. If I lived in the area, I would definitely bring my vehicle here again. Again, thank you so much for the kindness you had shown me.

THANK YOU. Late on a Friday afternoon (dangerously close to 5pm) we broke down just outside of whitecourt with 5 head of horses on. I called a dozen places in whitecourt looking for a mechanic, a tow truck, a rental with a hitch… anything. I was desperate. Every single person I spoke to was like “it’s pretty close to 5pm, we can’t help you” more or less. Until a tow company suggested I try one last place - ATech. Cody & Tech Terrence were amazing! I told him what happened, he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone, found the parts and had someone on the way within 30minutes. It took me longer to find someone willing to help, than it did for him to get the parts, send the mechanic, & fix us up on the side of the road. I cannot recommend ATech enough. They restored my faith in humanity and work ethic this weekend and we were able to get back on the road. When you’re desperate you don’t even care what the invoice will be but that too was a pleasant surprise when it came in at at least 1/2 what we expected. Old fashioned service at old fashioned prices, you can’t beat that. Thank you so much ATech.

A-Tech is Amazing!!! The staff got me in same day! They immediately Diagnosed and repaired the temperature control components on my dashboard. Then ordered parts for the permanent repair on my Toyota RAV4. They saved me hundreds of dollars and valuable time. I go there for all my needs.
