I have no idea why anyone would give this company a 2 star review without a comment. Maybe a competitor? I have had them retile my entire pool (about 60% of the price from Betz and standing up very nicely 10 years later). Also they redid the marbellite 2 years ago and it remains 100% satisfactory, also below Betz pricing.

GR has re-marbelite our pool as well as replacing the waterline tiles. While the job was done well, there is absolutely no follow up with problems. We have been trying for 2 years to have the tiles that fell off replaced but Carlo will no answer to voice or e-mail messages. We gave up and hired someone else to fix them. I would not use them again.

Update on June 4, 2022. This guy is playing loud music again right now in his backyard, low is low, they seems never change.Previous comments from Guy and Jerry are correct, their employee still irritating neighbors, played loud music this Sunday and the Saturday a week before. This is a bug of the community. The business running by this sort of people is not trustable. Customers should know that another business Pool village" is the same company. Be careful and avoid."

We had GR pools redo our tile and marbelite last year. Tile looks great and workers were very nice and polite. Problem came after pool was filled with water and there was a long mark where workers had placed the hose and also boot prints from the workers. Carlo came and looked at it and said they’d look after it in spring. Spring came and Carlo answers two phone calls and nothing since. Our registered letter went unanswered. He seemed like a straight shooter and promised he’d fix it.. and we are beyond upset now that he’s just ignoring us.

I heard they have a staff has a pool at his own home near McCowan and 14th Ave in Markham, went there yesterday (Sunday) around noon time and want to see the pool in actual environment, to my surprise, saw the guy was playing loud music in his backyard with a big outdoor speaker. I lost interest immediately, can't believe during this pandemic time, most people have to stay home, this guy was blatantly disturbing his neighbors like that, I don't believe such an indecent person could do any high grade business.

Well, someone already noticed they have a noisy guy. This guy just played loud music yesterday again, don't ask me why I know it. Just can't comprehend this guy's behavior, you like loud music, just play it in your room or put a headphone on, why in your backyard keeps annoying your neighbors? You live in a community, there are neighbours around, you shouldn't take their tolerance as granted. Potential customers should be aware of that this company consists of this kind of person.
