Very little help given by this agency. The girl who took the original booking never bothered to answer any question by email except when payment was due and i questioned the date and then the reply was pretty rude. I believe she no longer works there. Other staff seemed disinclined to help when we went in with an issue and told us to sort it out ourselves on board. Next time i will go with a company that actually seems to want to help the customer.

I was looking to book a trip to Costa Rica this past winter and was recommended I talk to Denise by a co-worker. She has been very helpful and prompt with answering my questions and made planning and booking my trip this summer easy and hassle free on my end. She was very helpful and answered and questions and/or concerns I had. I look forward to my trip and will be booking through Denise going forward!

Mandy Yallop is fantastic. My fiance and I booked our honeymoon with her in July. We found her from reading online reviews and we weren't disappointed. She took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for, no pressure. Any questions we've had since our booking have been answered promptly. highly recommended if you're in the Brantford area!
