Shane did a great job on my grandfathers watch from the 50s. It took him about a minute to find the problem and the same day had the watch back up and running and cleaned up. Highly recommended.

I got my rare vintage Zenith chronograph for a service, and now it looks like it came out of a box. It looks soo good that Im scared to wear it.Shane is an absolute master with 50 years of experience.

Amazing man! My USSR made watch went too slow every day by 5-10 minutes. When I dropped at “Clock Factory” on Lake Shore, I was told that the watch needs cleaning, that it takes a week, would cost $170 + HST and they won’t guarantee the result. But this fantastic person fixed it within 10 minutes. And one day later it shows the precise time. He’s a truly genius!

We brought a broken 1950s Omega in on a Saturday, got it back Sunday, fixed with original Omega parts, cleaned, and polished. Shane really knows what he's doing, clearly has a passion for it, and his dog is the cutest assistant. I read all the Google and Yelp reviews before going to him as I wanted the watch taken care of well and they all hold up.Omega would have charged 10x more, taken a minimum of 3 months and we wouldn't have had the joy of learning about the watch, meeting Shane, and Dibs. It's a no brainer, call Shane.

Shane does not strike me as a very good watchmaker. He doesn't seem treat the watches he works on with any kind of care, compared to the several other watchmakers I've seen where they seem to have a much more delicate touch and don't feel like a butcher is handling my watch.I've brought two watches to him, where I paid money to have them fixed, only to have to bring them elsewhere to get the job done properly. I don't know why he's so highly recommended.

I visited Shane last summer to see if he could repair a vintage Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust.I could no longer wind the watch. But Shane was able to diagnose the issue as a broken spring. He ordered the part and I left the watch with him for a couple of days.He called me back promptly after a few days to inform me that my watch is repaired. I went down to pick it up and PRESTO !!! It was working just like new !!!Very happy and satisfied with the service and the rate. The conversation with Shane is wonderful to pass the time as well.A+++ experience all the way.

I have NO IDEA what we're going to do if Shane decides to retire.Second time we've gone to see him. My wife with her wonky Cartier tank. Me with my less impressive watch (Hugo Boss for the curious). Cartier Bloor downtown wanted over $600 when we first brought it by them a few years back. I don't know about you - but a service shouldn't be an appreciable cost of the original purchase price, approaching double digits. Shane took care of the problem for $40. $4--0.So back we went to Shane and he hooked us up again. Thank you!Very Highly Recommended.
