I visited at least 4 JYSK stores, and everyone (staff) was friendly and helpful. I guess a few were having a bad day because they gave just enough info or too little, but I can understand that. Gabriella (Boisbriand) assisted with my patio set purchase, which I love. I'm giving a four-star because the in-house financing they offer thru Flexiti had denied me twice, which I don't understand. I also hope you can pick up your purchase at any branch for convenience if they have the stock.

Had a small problem with a piece of furniture I purchased but the service after sale was phenomenal! Francois went out of his way to correct the problem, so very polite and cheerful, with him there are no problems, only solutions! The front cashier, Manon, very informative and polite too. This store in Boisbriand comes highly reccommended!
