HOTEL MANOIR D'AUTEUIL
Great location, in the old city, on the block with the stone wall. Spacious, comfortable room. No elevator, if that is an issue for you. The only negative was when I left early in the morning, the man at the desk was sound asleep with his head on the desk. I returned my key to a sleeping employee.

I stayed at this lovely hotel during Christmas. Their staff is warm and helpful, and the rooms are clean, unique and charming. They made my Christmas extra-special with an informative staff making sure I knew of all the holiday activities to see, as well as waking up to a thoughtful gift that was left at my door on Christmas morning - it warmed my heart! Wonderful hotel.

Staying here was a great choice for our first trip to Quebec.within walking distance of everything you need and want to see. The employees were all very helpful. Soa helped us in so many ways from yummy spots to get food to any little question we had

Lovely staff who were always available and helpful. Our room on the ground floor was over-priced and was probably one of the few that has not been updated in quite some time. It was stuffy and the AC was too noisy to run at night, plus there was no windows to open. Breakfast was good and served in a relaxing atmosphere.

A beautiful, elegant and super comfortable hotel. A perfect location within walking distance from the Chateau, touristic points, shopping and amazing restaurants. Nancy made us feel welcome and at home. Thank you ! Will come again :)

Excellent in every respect, especially the front desk staff, who were very, courteous and helpful in every aspect of our stay. Unfortunately I do not remember all the names of the staff that helped us, Sou, Roque, Andrea stand out. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Quiet, unique, comfortable and clean hotel with exquisite charm! Kind and courteous staff! In fact, the staff surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift which was unexpected! I enjoyed their apple blueberry breakfast crepes as well. I loved learning the rich history of the building on the website. It would be a plus if the entire staff were well informed on its history to answer any further questions about it. Overall the stay was excellent and in a great location! Thank you to the whole Manoir D'Auteuil team!

We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years and have enjoyed it immensely every time. Linda and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make it a wonderful stay. The hotel is superbly situated on a beautiful historical street.

Great location and amenities on site! They have a terrace which would be lovely when the weather is a little less windy than my stay. They had a breakfast in the morning that I didn't try but looked great. Coffee and tea around the clock were great after going out and exploring. And the employees were so delightful! One of them helped me make a spa reservation because it had to be done on the phone and she went out of her way to work with them and book it for me, I greatly appreciate it! Would stay here again if back in Quebec City
