Smart Choice Sales & Lease Ownership

They wanted me to pay up front 5 months of rental fees which came to 400 dollars and the item I was wanting to rent is retailed at $499. So much for rentals. Didnt even want it for long. Just long enough to see if it would be a good investment.

I have been using Smart Choice for 4 years now and have never had a problem with customer service or their products. They helped boost my credit. They are always very friendly if I ever needed to contact them. I always mention Smart Choice to anybody looking to rent to own. Smart Choice is honest about the price you are paying...unlike other places...

Jamie and Chris delivered my couch, they are definitely hard workers super polite...went above and beyond to make sure I got my set...thanks for all the extra hard work to make this happen...

my couch has been broken since we got it a year ago. weve got promises to fix or replace it and every time someone is supposed to come they never do, and we just get excuses. not paying for broken furniture.

we ordered a TV from smart choice and our experience was phenomenal with payment arrangements and everything and so we decided to get couch set and the delivery service was phenomenal and the customer service was awesome and phenomenal

This company is by far the best lease to own company in the world their staff is amazing exspecailly Donna(Manager) Jeff (General Manager) David and Jamie. Sadly some of the staff have left or are leaving we will miss you Donna and David you made Smart Choice a very smart choice to deal with. Its a honor to do business with you and I recommend this company to anyone

Terrible customer service! “Paul” if that is even his first name, loves to harass people and won’t give his last name when asked to spite his persistence in harassing multiple times a week. He doesn’t know how to look in to old records to see if something’s been paid off..instead he’ll come straight to your door to harass you and literally anyone entering or leaving your place. He also enjoys illegally telling all of your business to your neighbors as well, most of which he makes up! I will be calling the BBB, and head office about his unprofessional, rude and horrible attitude and ways of dealing with matters. He also forced his way into a home of a friend of mine and illegally possessed furniture that’s been totally paid off ( in 2018) , I wonder if this is how the company makes its money?If I could give 0 stars, I would!
